They have tried several new hygienist and I think now they finally found one that's very good. Located on Hollywood Blvd not a fancy office but clean, friendly one with a spa like feeling. The waiting room has a Tv, reading material and fresh coffee. Dr Peretz has filled my cavities, done my crowns with the most professional and up to date procedures. Always with the most painless treatments. I was pregnant when I first started to come here and my daughter has been coming here until she moved to New York. They take my insurance and my out of pocket charges are fair. The whole staff here are so professional and friendly I highly recommend this office for the whole family.

The communication with the office is amazing and effecient, both by voice, text and email. Drs Libby & Herzog have given me personal and professional attention that I have found to be un-paralleled! The Office Support Staff and Dental Technicians and Assistants are all friendly, professional and effecient. What I really like is that they work as a "team". The Drs work *with* their staff, that tells me a lot about them. I have since returned for additional services and will recommend them to everyone! I use the Bay Harbor Islands office... for me its a simple 5-min walk! I think they're better than any dental office that I would drive across town for!

The Dr. spent time going over the results of the dental examination and a cleaning was recommended and performed. The hygienist was very thorough and my cleaning was performed without any discomfort. I went in for a simple filling - the tooth left side lower jaw. After he was done with the filling, instead of filing it down, he casually asked me "Do you mind if I file down the tooth above this one with the filling ( side left upper jaw), so you can bite correctly, because the filling is too tall?" I can only imagine the look on my face when I asked him back " So let me confirm, you want to ruin my healthy tooth, that has no problem whatsoever, by filing down its natural enamel, instead of filing down the filling you just did on the tooth with the problem?" He just made a step back saying "okey, okey, I am just asking, I will do what you want". In my opinion this Dentist should NOT be practicing. My brother went to see Dr Gaines later part of 1991. Dr. Gaines was very aware my brother was a…read morerecovering drug addict. That never stopped him from giving my brother scripts for drugs. My brother was found dead Oct 1992 from a drug overdose. We found after he died that the week prior to my brothers death 3 prescriptions, if I recall 2 scripts of Demerol and 1 for Percasett Dr Gaines had prescribed to him. I had confronted Dr Gaines and all he could say is my brother asked for him. Really so you gave them to him???? My opinion of this doctor is he is reckless and motivated by greed not by compassion.
