I knew a lot of people who had theirs taken out with him and all had good things to say, he's known for comparatively low swelling and minimal discomfort. For me, the surgery went smoothly and the office is very clean and sophisticated. They sent me home with clear instructions and ice packs. After, I had irritation/discomfort when chewing for longer than was expected (about 10 days) so I gave them a call and went back in. It turns out I had an unusual reaction and had some extra sensitively, without hesitation they made time to bring me back in and treat me - sure enough I was back to normal a day or two after that.

They have state of the art equipment which looked like something out of The Jetsons & took imaging of my head. Dr. Pedroletti showed me the imaging & explained to me what was going on & how he could fix it. Surgery day was easy. He & his staff were so kind & helped me calm my nerves through just small talk & being friendly. Everything was just as he said it would be.
