I asked Parish if he would diagnose an issue that I had with the unit even though his team did not install it. He agreed to do so, and did a thorough job. He did not try to sell me a new head unit, but he did point out the pros and cons of the high-end Kenwood units during my visit. In the end, Parish found that it was my iPhone that was failing and not my Kenwood head unit. He saved me a lot of headaches and money with that discovery. Plugged it in with the original wiring harness, and all the connected modules worked perfectly until I got the stereo installed. Last week, I took my truck down to replace the stereo. I knew the *audio wiring* was shot, which was why I had it installed at a car audio place, but the rest was just fine. When I got it back the next day, my AC module wasn't working, and the overhead display literally just fell out when I touched it. When I went back and tried to explain things, the owner got hostile with me by getting right up in my face, and basically accused me of lying and trying to get a free repair for something HE deemed was already malfunctioning because of age, despite my receipts to prove what I replaced was brand new. I really thought he was going to swing on me. Even the technician admitted to messing with the plug, and yet the owner swore they had nothing to do with any of it. When I checked things out, I found all new wiring, the original gone, and now I have to click the fan to full blast just to get the unit to turn on. I never authorized them to replace the module wiring because it was intact. It was strictly the audio wiring. Then the owner brought me inside to "work things out", but basically lectured me like I am some kid that doesn't know anything (despite my 30 years of experience of restoring vehicles), and denied any plausibility that it could have been a simple accident that went unnoticed. His mind locked on the overhead console, ignoring the bigger issue of my AC. All I had really wanted was for them to double check the plug and wiring they messed with, and to glue my overhead display back in place. He only agreed to the latter, leaving me to spend MORE money to get their mistake fixed. I don't know why, but he bought a new overhead housing, but told me I had to install it myself. He then demanded I go here to give a 5 star review about how they went above and beyond for me, and yet they refused to double check their work and instead pass the blame along without actually resolving anything.

Upon arrival they inspected my vehicle and found a few issues that could be causing the problem. They discussed these with me and gave me a fair price to resolve the issue. Eduardo was friendly and honest - not trying to sell me anything I didn't need. i just had my windshield changed. i prevously had a dash cam installed with my old windshield…read more all that needed to be done was make the wires neat. the guy said he couldn't do it for 2 weeks and it was $225.00 with a 1/2 deposit just to be put on the schudule. i said did not have a credit card but what i really meant to say was go f yourself. to update the response i got - when i was in the store you said it was $225 for 2.5 hours worth of work that equates to $90.00 an hour.on this fourm you are stating $150.00 per hour. also i told you the windshield was just replaced and i'm waiting on tint to go on top part. when i got home i told my roomate and we hooked it back in 5 min and we tested it and it works. we plugged some usb plug into the mount which the unit laches on to and that powered on the unit and inside cam. all i wanted was the wires strightened and tucked away. i never asked for a warrenty and wouldn't expect one if the cam blew out if all you did was tuck the wires. i just don't have a reciept from the oringnal install. but those who are good to me would of had a customer for life. i would of paid something like $50.00 - $75.00 give or take but apparently you think your too good for that. i don't do business with people who don't think their crap don't stink and tries to rip people off. there was no reason for a re install. it's been installed perfectly for a year

I understand businesses need to make a profit, but marking something up 4x without adding any value is just plain dishonest. There was nothing special about the item to justify the price--no better packaging, faster shipping, or unique features. I feel ripped off and won't be purchasing from here again.
