It's been a few years since I've used them , but they were fantastic when I did . The last time I…read morecame in , I had asked how much it would cost to remove some paint traded in a minor accident caused by a senior citizen driver . I went there to get an estimate because she was going to pay cash for the repair to avoid risking having her insurance canceled . The technician took a look at it and said "I think that will buff out" and before I knew it he was running an extension cord out to my car and buffing out the damage . I was able to call the lady and tell her that she didn't owe me anything because of their kindness . When I have gone in for paid jobs, they've always been professional and worked with me and the insurance company .

The business doesn't practice good business practices. I was quoted a price and when I went to pick…read moreup the car it was $200 over my quoted amount and the only explanation was "the price is fair." I was told I would be given a cash discount that did not happen. Took the car in for front end damage and cosmetically it looks ok but now I have to pay someone for a wheel alignment. It seems if they were putting my front end back together and charging me over my quoted amount they could have aligned the wheels. I can't say I need auto body shops alot but I will not recommend any business that has bad business practices. I read the reviews and chose this shop based off those reviews, but the reviews don't reflect the service I received. Very disappointed customer!!

After my parked Tesla Model 3 was hit, the person's insurance led me to D & S. D & S received my…read morevehicle the morning of 10/29 and did not assess and submit a supplemental until 11/11 which the insurance approved immediately. D&S kept me in the loop and provided thorough information about the repairs needed and how the technicians would achieve this process in a timely manner. Once the assessment was complete, I was informed if parts came timely repairs would be done the first week of December at the top of the week and I'd be able to pick up my vehicle then. Harley did a wonderful job of communicating each step with me providing a timeline of when my vehicle would be ready. I was then informed it would take more time to put my vehicle back together than previously anticipated so my vehicle would be ready by 12/05 rather than the top of the week. Harley let me know the team was unable to complete putting my vehicle back together by EOD and my vehicle would be ready by 12/08 at the earliest and 12/09 at the latest along with approval from the insurance company of a second and final supplement for the labor to put my vehicle back together that the team did not originally anticipate. Calibrations and clean up weren't complete until 12/09. Harley then informed me the service writer was unable to finish sending the information to the insurance company by EOD 12/09. 12/10 the information / final supplement was sent over to the insurance company to review. I was finally able to pick up my vehicle 12/12 after I called the insurance company several times to expedite their review of the supplement money needed for the extra labor costs of putting my vehicle back together which D&S did not anticipate during their initial review. D&S finished calibrations and cleanup 12/09 but would not release it until they received the supplement from the insurance for the extra labor costs. The body work looks and feels amazing, you cannot tell my rear bumper was replaced. Only downsides, the technician my mom and I spoke to was unable to tell us if the vehicle had a full paint job. Once I went to my vehicle I was unable to access it as the technician forgot to take it out of service mode. I went back into the shop to find someone to take this out of service mode. My panel under my hood of car was not put back, however I popped this back on myself. I appreciate Harley's customer service and updates. The repair team unfortunately left me feeling unnerved about all the 'unexpected' extra work necessary after their review.

However, the repairs ended up taking nearly a month. For the first 8-10 days, the vehicle sat idle in the parking lot without any repair work, damage assessment, or parts evaluation being done, which significantly contributed to the delay. They may have been busy with a high volume of vehicles, this was never clearly communicated to me upfront. I was not informed about any delays unless I personally called to check on the status.

Good thing I did! When you walk in you are greeted with a smile by a kind receptionist. The office is clean and smells fresh, nothing like most auto repair shops I've been to . I came the day after Halloween and they had an amazing selection of quality treats! Once you tell them what you need they have you fill out a simple form and then you wait in the waiting area for the technician to come talk with you. I waited for less than 5 minutes. The technician approached me, introduced himself and asked me to show him the damage. After I did, he sent me back into the warm waiting room and took some photos. About 10 minutes later he had the repair paper work drawn up and we scheduled a drop off date. He told me a rental car will be ready for me when I drop off my car and they will handle all of the paperwork. Overall a pleasant and efficient experience. I'll have to update my review after I pick up my vehicle and scope out the repairs. If my intro to this company is any indication, the repairs will be top-notch.

My car was in the shop for 30day it was finally ready on the 32 day my insurance company only covered 30days. I working with Lee at caliber Lee kept telling me the wrong fender my car was ordered which made me keep the rental 32 days which I was 2 days over my limited to keep the rental I was given the impression from Lee at caliber he would get the insurance company to cover the 2days extra days I tried calling Lee st caliber he made me think he could get me the extra 2days but wasn't the case I had to pay out of pocket for the 2 extra days ..Lee was supposed to call and let me know if he could make thst happen unfortunately thst was not the case. I didn't get a call from Lee at caliber I decided to go to caliber to see if my car was ready I did i tried calling Lee at caliber before going over to caliber they kept telling me Lee would call me back that he was at lunch it was after 2pm and I didn't get a call from Lee so after taking the rental back I decided to go to caliber to see if my car was ready. It was but I didn't get a call from lee at caliber to let me know..i just went on my own hoping it was ready. If I hadn't went to caliber that Friday I would have had to wait until Monday because they are closed on the weekend..i asked why didn't I get a call from him explaining he couldn't get my insurance company to cover the extra 2 days or could caliber reimbursement Lee advised caliber doesn't reimburse Lee said that was stated in the agreement thst i signed for them to do the work. That wasn't brought to my attention when I signed the release for them to work on my car. I wished Lee at caliber had been up front with me instead of gaslighting me that l He could get my insurance to cover the extra 2 days..Lee kept insisting he could get the insurance company to give me the 2 extra days over my limit. So I had to pay for those 2 extra days out of my own pocket..I'm a retiree and funds or limited I had to borrow the extra money to pay for the extra 2days..I'm this review to warn anyone who does business with caliber that they don't have the power to make my insurance company to pay for the 2 extra days over the limit that is stated in my policy .
