It was pricy but I feel like it was a must when traveling across the country with your whole family for a week. They kitchen had everything you needed except for dish detergent. It costs $1.50 to wash and $1.50 to dry your clothes in the laundry room. It only takes 30 min to wash and 30 min to dry. I booked through the Marriott app and must have requested a quiet room on a top floor bc that is exactly what I got- thank god. It felt like we were in our own tiny house bc we didn't hear anyone else at the hotel from our room. The complimentary breakfast was different every day. First day was bacon and eggs, second day was eggs with biscuits and gravy, another was eggs and sausage and the last day they had spinach quiche and some kind of cheesy soufflé maybe? They only had fresh fruit some days. Anyhow, this location was close to the freeway and close to Drago's and Acme!

I've yet to make it to breakfast but I know they have make your own waffles. I've made it to 2 nights of the evening reception, red beans and rice and taquitos. They have an outdoor pool and got tub and it's decent sized. There's a laundry room with 2 washers and 4 dryers. The washers always seemed to be busy no matter the time of day! And even though it's not posted anywhere the laundry room closes at midnight. You'll have to go contact the front desk so that security can come unlock the door and you can free your clothes.

THIS HOTEL IS CLOSED We booked this hotel almost a year ago…read moreafter buying Taylor Swift tickets. As anyone who follows her knows, prices for hotels where she performs increase exponentially in price and book up quickly. We received a confirmation email 48 hours before arriving and then pulled up tonight and the hotel is CLOSED. There are chain link fences all around it and the phone line is disconnected. At this point most hotels in a 20 mile radius are sold out or if they're not, they are 4x the normal price. We called Wyndham customer service who tried to contact the hotel and couldn't, so she transferred me to another line which was automated and I left my information and they told me I would hear back within a week. That doesn't help me TONIGHT. After scrambling, we found a hotel with one room available and are paying 4.5x the price we had booked this hotel for. This was NOT in our budget for this trip. I'm extremely upset in the lack of communication. We had a confirmation email 2 days ago. No one at Wyndham would help us when we called. I will be escalating this and honestly feel we deserve some kind of compensation for all this hassle.

It leaves little room for privacy. We checked in with Tyler, who was the sweetest and most helpful front desk person I have ever encountered. He was very thorough in letting us know the happenings in the surrounding areas. We were checked in on the first floor in Room 110. The stench of mildew is what my nose identified, but I figured it was the carpet and the lack of A/C in the room. We turn on the A/C to High/Cool; however, the only response the unit gave us was a hum, nothing else. We could barely feel the air so I called the front desk, Tyler asked me to give it five minutes so that it would kick on. Well, five minutes came and went, I heard the kick but no change in the amount of air that was blowing out. I called the front desk back to be moved to another room. Tyler checked two rooms and finally moved us to the third floor (Room 306) in which the air was operational and the room location was feet away from the elevator. There were a few things I was not pleased about, especially after paying $137 for one night. There were holes in the sheets, no towels nor washcloths (Tyler did bring some up when he escorted us to the room), it was dusty around the TV area and there were several stains on the bedding decor. This hotel should NOT be charging this much a night as it is not in a central location. I was disappointed with myself for passing up a $98 express deal on priceline. We will most likely never stay here again for this price. I forgot to mention that a free continental breakfast is served from 5AM to 9AM. I slept right through it, but I did see two waffle irons and a sizeable breakfast room.

This is not the worst Comfort Inn I've stayed in, but it's certainly a contender. First, the good:…read moreThe guy running the hotel is really nice. You can tell he wants to establish a good rapport with his guests. There's a complimentary breakfast that is more or less the bare minimum. That said, this is another one of those hotels that someone buys and tries to run for himself, investing the bare minimum in staff and facilities upgrades in order to eke out a profit. You know, just because you can raise the capital to buy a hotel, and are willing to work 24/7 to make it work, doesn't mean you know what people want when they pay extra for a Comfort Inn. The room was superficially clean, unlike the rest of the hotel. The halls hadn't seen a vacuum all day. The stairwells were packed with junk, and the stairs themselves were a filthy disgrace. There were broken lampshades and tissue dispensers in the rooms, and maintenance issues that were so bad as to be nearly laughable. The final strike, though, was that the door to our room wouldn't lock: despite our most valiant efforts, we couldn't get the deadbolt to engage. All of this aside, the hotel is located out in the middle of nowhere, so there's almost nowhere to get food and Door Dash takes an hour to deliver. I would have left the moment we saw our room, but my reservation was non-refundable.

Lovely boutique hotel on St. Charles I met up w| a friend here and enjoyed my time throughly, although the barmaid seemed a bit strange, her drinks were okay but could have been better. Will definitely be back to this bar.

This is such a beautiful hotel but the service is terrible. Don't let the Michelin key this hotel…read morehas steer you to stay here because the service is just non existent. I stayed at this hotel 6 weeks ago and received a random charge on my credit card today with no explanation. This seems to be the norm because when I called the hotel asking for an explanation the person on the phone seemed like this happens all the time. To make matters worse the majority of my charge was for a pet fee. I told the front desk when I checked in that I have a service animal. When I called today the front desk claimed they don't know what a service animal is so they needed me to explain. Following my explanation they then said they know what a service animal is and they still charge the pet fee. I reported this business to the US department of justice as according to the ADA service animals are not subject to pet fees. This has never been an issue at any other hotel I have stayed at but I suppose this one has special privileges. Nothing feels better then being a veteran with a service related disability and getting taken advantage of. Watch your credit cards this hotel is very sneaky. Lastly, don't count on having parking here. They have a very small self park lot that is always full. Recommended to Michelin that their key not be kept next year.
