Then Austin did something we never would have expected, he traveled 45 miles to get the right one. He kept in touch, off and on. Within one day, he came back and installed it. He also went above and beyond, and cleaned the window. All of this only cost us $280.30. Glass Advantage didn't call us until the next day and quoted us $300 and something. First thing, my car automatically locks when the key is 10 feet from the car. It always works. The items were stolen from my glove box which I don't open often. I have a camera, EZ pass and change for parking in the open which wasn't touched. I only noticed the theft when I was looking for my handicap plaque at a concert. It, my 2 car manuals and other minor items were stolen. They didn't like my gloves and flashlight. Their technicians for my calibration were the only people in the car. My car locks automatically. No items with value that were out in the open that would be obvious with their absence were taken. Draw your own conclusion.

Day of service was able to wait 45 min, they repaired the crack it was small and not spreading yet. They did NOT replace the windshield as it wasn't necessary. They guarantee if it does crack they will replace free of charge. If the crack is more than a few inches they will replace the windshield I was told. Great service, knowledgeable and prompt.
