The tech Chris who did the install on my '21 Lexus ES was extremely efficient, was in and out including ADAS recalibration in less than an hour. We were having a glass installed on our vehicle TODAY 8/6/25. The owner quoted us a price on Sunday prior for $225.00. We were well and prepared to pay upon completion of the service. Pinnacle Glass decided to call us the morning of service to jack up the price to $369.00. This was a ridiculous line of communication and very unprofessional. On top of that, we can't even speak with the manager who quoted us the $225.00 price. One guy called us right before and confirmed the $225.00 price too, go figure. Lousy terrible way to deal with customer service. I will NEVER be using this company again! read more

Before reading, know that I am goi to highly recommend Pinnacle Glass for any window related concerns. My windshield had a small crack in it, so I contacted my State Farm agent to make sure it was covered on my auto insurance. She said I had full coverage and recommended Pinnacle Glass. I called and spoke to Kurt who was able to squeeze me in on the upcoming Saturday (I spoke to him Thursday). The shop is located in Bayshore, but they were able to send two technicians to my house in Melville. Kurt gave me a 3-hour window of 10am-1pm. The technicians arrived at noon and got right to work. They couldn't have been nicer or more professional and the job was done by 12:45. I give a lot of 5-star reviews, but this one is a 5+. Phenomenal work!!! read more

Full transparency: I posted this review on google as well. Absolutely terrible customer service. We were told we would have someone here today between 10-12 to fix and replace the glass for three different cars. We never received a phone call to confirm this time and once we finally got in contact with the company we were told they were going to figure out what was going on and call us right back. After nearly an hour we finally got a call back and were informed that the woman who set up our appointment was fired and the man who was supposed to fix the glass called out sick today and nobody ever called us to tell us. We informed them that after their unprofessional behavior we would no longer be requiring their services and we would be calling somebody else instead. They have now called us 3 times after telling them we weren't interested and won't stop harassing us. Overall terrible experience and i would not recommend them to anyone. read more

I would definitely use these guys again for sure! I had a very difficult 1959 super 88 restoration - replacing the front windshield and re-sealing the back, and they were careful and honest. The difficulty of it was the talk of the shop, and they always treated me with friendliness, kindness and respect. Due to some structural issues and the weather the project had to be delayed several times, but they got the job done correctly and didn't just slap it in. As long as you are cool to them they will be 10x as cool to you. They obviously had the expertise, knowledge, and patience to deal with an older car. Despite everything that went on the price they quoted me was the price I paid. Great job, guys! read more
