The staff person was very helpful and accommodating. She was very knowledgeable about the designs as the store is a local fashion designer and her products. The staff person was attentive and very friendly. There were no high-pressure sales. The items are a little bit more pricey although I felt like I got a good deal on my particular evening dress. I found some items that I was very excited about and wore two tops that I purchased just a couple of times. I found that both tops had worn holes in them. I tried working with their customer service "chat" option but that was a total waste of time and terrible experience. Last week I called the store and talked to Selena, one of their managers and she said I should come in and while I was in town yesterday. selen made everything right, giving me a refund so I could exchange these items for new tops.
