Super great business and friendly staff! I forgot to take photos of the rose petals but the rose petals lasted quite a long time in the fridge (over a week) and great for a bath for your special someone or laying out on the table, floor, bed, etc. They are huge petals and you can rip them apart easily to spell words if you choose. I also picked up a nice bouquet of flowers that came with a vase and wanted to include one of the blue roses they had displayed. They gladly trimmed the rose and added it to the bouquet for me with some fresh water. A little expensive but I understand you will get more high quality Flowers from a florist than Safeway or Fred Meyer and it's a small business. Thanks for the roses and flowers! read more

My fiancé lives out of state and surprised me with a gorgeous Mothers Day bouquet from Bellevue crossroads florist. The flowers were delivered yesterday afternoon. This morning I woke up to limp sad looking flowers. Are you kidding me?! Not even 24 hours? I'm so sad that my flowers were so short lived. We keep our house cool and ventilated. The flowers had enough water and we're not in direct sunlight. This is the 3rd time my flowers from Bellevue crossroads florists don't last more than 3 days. Called ahead of valentines day to find out if I needed to place an order as I didn't want delivery, but instead to pickup. Was told I could just drop by. Dropped by and was initially told they're all out. Nice. Gave a stern look, turns out they did have some roses still which were not claimed by orders. The price was $20 more than originally advertised. "Supply and demand" said the kid at the front. Sounds more like gouging because you know I need them. And I did, so I bought them. And they're honestly ugly. They look old and beginning to wilt, with dark edges like week old spinach. Next year I will go to the fancier places, pay the honest extra $20 up front and get something actually like the pictures. read more

Ordered the "hugs and kisses" bouquet. clearly says it comes with roses. The bouquet arrived, the GF loved it, but sent pictures, and no roses. I called the shop, and a Hispanic lady I believe, who refused to give me her name, answered. When I questioned her about the roses, she answers that this bouquet comes with two roses only. I tell her there are NO roses. She says there is no way that is possible. I mention that there are only daisy's and carnations. And a lot of leaves, which looks nothing like the picture on the website. She says she's looking directly at the same website picture I am looking at, and there are clearly only two roses, which I say, how does that resolve my bouquet having no roses?! She says she doesn't know, because she's not the florist. "Edeth is the florist, and she wasn't in today." I'm thinking, really? You give me the florist name, but not yours?! But she asks me if I read anything on the website, because it tells you what it comes with. Well, I did, and nowhere does it say that this comes with ONLY two roses. It may have thirteen carnations and daisys. But I see no roses. I am not a fan of the customer service! Delivery was prompt. Wish the bouquet looked more like advertised, or better details included, considering how much I'm paying for these flowers. And one last thing. This shop is located in Bellevue, Wa. I sent it to a business in Bellevue, Wa. about four miles away. The site states local delivery is nine dollars. I was charged 12.99. I guess different zip codes make it non local. My boyfriend had flowers delivered from Bellevue Crossroads Florist three times and they did an amazing job each time. Even when he called to place an order on a Monday morning, they are able to deliver the flowers to my downtown Bellevue office before noon. These two bouquet styles were lovely and perfect to brighten up my day: Yellow Fellow, which is a topiary style bouquet in a short terra cotta pot. The yellow lilies are at the top of the bouquet and down below, some yellow blossoms and two yellow flowers. Morning Sunrise, which featured purple roses and other purple flowers sprinkled among other greenery and arranged lovingly in a square glass purple vase. I would highly recommend using them for your floral needs! The bouquets show up just as pictured and are gorgeous. read more

after noodling for days on whether it's still cool to give leis for high school graduation (it's been a while since i've been in high school), i decided to go for it... but unfortunately by the time i decided to buy a lei, every florist I called was all sold out! Luckily, Bellevue Crossroads solved my problem and i was able to order a lei for pick-up from Bellevue Crossroads florist (though they could only make purple orchid leis). I'm honestly no expert on flowers, but these looked decent and fresh. There was one flower that had a browned petal, but others look crisp. The pick-up was also really easy. They're located off of the 8th st entrance to crossroads and on the far east side (around the corner from the Michael's). There are short term parkings right outside and because I paid by credit card when I ordered the flowers, I was in and out in maybe 1 minute (most of it was them going to fridge to get the flowers) As an added bonus, they give a microsoft prime card discount. read more

I called them on the phone and asked if I can have an eclectic modern tasteful bouquet to take to a friends house. I don't know much about flowers so I left it up to them. Ordered a fairly expensive arrangement and chocolates for Valentines for my wife. Instead my wife received an absolutely abysmal arrangement consisting of 8-9 flowers half not even close to blooming. Let me start by talking about their customer service. I placed my order online for Valentine's day delivery and had no idea that they would be delivered so late in the day. I had called the shop multiple times to ask if they'd been delivered yet and I was understandably frustrated. However, they were extremely understanding and apologized while explaining their policy on holiday delivery times. I went into the conversation upset and they worked with me and calmed me down. Now, the flowers. The flowers themselves are gorgeous. They do good work here and I can tell effort went into making the arrangment. The vase feels like quality and the flowers are bright and healthy. All said and done, I was extremely happy with the way this arrangment looked! So in short, if you need something delivered by a certain time on Valentine's day, you'll need to look elsewhere, but if all you need are some quality arrangements that will really impress your loved one, look no further. The only reason this is four star is because I think the "no timed delivery" policy should be placed on the website to avoid any further confusion. I'd most certainly shop here again. read more

This will be my third visit to this location. The two times before the flowers were beautiful, they took the time to talk with me about what would look good with what I have selected, and when I picked it up the product didn't disappoint. This time around, the polar opposite. They were much quicker to throw something together and charge me $65 without telling me what was going into the arrangement. I had to ask what they were going to do and they were pretty vague with what they told me. But I had an idea in my head since I had been there before. Came to pick it up, it comes out of the cooler with two arrangements I her hands. One looked gorgeous, the other looked like they took a bunch of leftovers and put them in a vase. Very disappointed and I don't think I will be back. Shortly after I left this review the owner Larry contacted me and wanted to make things right. Update: the manager was very understanding and sent her another bouquet for free. I understand eveyone has their off days. The flowers themselves were great. The customer service/delivery was awful. First, instead of my card saying "i apologize and i hope you have a better day", it said "happy anniversary". Second, and this is the most upsetting. I told them to deliver it to my girlfriend at her work. She is a leasing agent at an apartment complex and gave them the apartment complex's address/name and told them she would be working in the leasing office. The guy who delivered them walks into the leasing office and rudely asks (not knowing he is talking to my girlfriend) if she can "look up where this girl lives because i cant find where this "guy" ordered the flowers to"....HOW UNPROFESSIONAL IS THAT. I said deliver it to the leasing office, how hard is that to find. I paid $91 to have a dozen roses delivered. I feel ripped off.
