We use roadside assistance for our new vehicle and when we initially called they S&R said that they were delayed due to inclement weather in the area COMPLETE LIE no inclement weather whatsoever!! My wife was initially stranded with her 94 year old mother and I had to drive there to help even though I just had back surgery and was under doctors orders not to drive. I couldn't leave them sitting there. And to find out what it was all about was S&R wanted another $100 to tow the vehicle to the dealership and was holding us hostage until the roadside assistance paid up. Then...it all came crashing down. I went in for a routine oil change over a year ago, and when I picked it up, they charged me and I paid and I figured that was that. The mechanic, (whom I'd not seen there before,) brought it out and asked me "Did they talk to you about the timing belt?" "No." I said. He then proceeded to tell me how the timing belt had "slipped a tooth already", and that it "can lead to engine damage." I said I'd look into it but he said it would be okay to drive. When I got in my car and started driving (it's a 5-speed 2012 Ford Fiesta,) I IMMEDIATELY heard grinding and there was little to no acceleration. Remember: it was FINE when I took it in, and I had just driven a long distance trip with no problems. I brought it in for a routine oil change. I stopped off and called them back and took it back in. The woman at the front desk remembered that she hadn't remembered to tell me about a potential issue. I dropped it off again and they continued to look at it. They called back a few DAYS later and told me that it had slipped and they don't fix that. I was livid. They said they weren't covering anything financially and that it was something they couldn't help with. These are people I had gotten used to seeing and had been on friendly terms with for at least a couple years. I went to get it towed back to my home. When I got there and spoke with the tow truck guy, he said he had been towing a lot from Probilt lately and they had apparently been under new ownership. That made perfect sense. The people on the phones seemed completely different than they had been and the new mechanic seemed more than subpar. It felt as if they were just churning through cars and didn't care about anything but the payments anymore. I will NEVER go back there, and I warn anyone else against this place. Hopefully, it shuts down soon, if it hasn't already. I notice most of the good reviews are from years and years ago.

We had anticipated the usual multi hours wait. No! The estimated time was less than an hour from when we called. Exactly at the time estimated, 12:45 pm, the tow truck was pulling up our driveway. The truck was Jet Towing. This is Louisville's newest AAA service provider. The driver, operator was Todd. He was very personable and efficient. We visited while he loaded our vehicle but he worked right along on the task at hand. Towards the end of loading out car on his flatbed tow truck it started to rain. He assured us that the car was in good hands and encouraged us to go inside to stay dry. I took him up on the suggestion while my husband decided to stay outside the few extra minutes. When I texted back to express my frustration, especially since the company is listed as less than 2 miles way from where my car was on Yelp, I received a call informing me that this is actually a call center with no local presence that contracts with local companies to send out trucks. The actual tow company is being paid $75 for my tow. "Ultra Pro" refuses to give me even a partial refund. Pick another company.
