Very spacious and smooth ride! I very solidly built Bus, Our driver maintained the speed limit since my seat was right behind him! This trip was a Chartered affair and our Hosts very Professional and friendly that each Patron boarded the Bus she checked off your name and you had over 50 seats to choose from! All comfortable plus in the back a restroom to accommodate anyone that might need it! Once we arrived at our destination the driver opened the door and placed a step stool to make it much easier to disembark the bus! That small consideration was a great help to many on board! Once we all left the bus, he drove away till it was time for our excursion pickup time! The Bus was on Time! We did not have to wait a minute more especially being outside in the summer heat! Once reboarding we were off to return to our original location of pick up! All in all the day went as planned and I would take this Bus Company BLOOM BUS LINES AGAIN! Thank you

I called the company in a bit of a panic and they worked swiftly to accommodate the change and made it happen for me. It was 12 midnight and we were standing on the side of the rode when a savior came. George was coming from an event, he saw us on the side of the rode and offered to take us to our destination. By a great stroke of luck, I called Alexander Limousine. They came through for us beautifully. They quickly made arrangements to provide the exact size van we needed and at a comparable price. They got us to Boston in time and were right there to pick us up at the designated time. The price included gratuity and even though we tried to give Eric and extra tip, he would not allow us to pay more. This is a company with a conscience. They will be my go-to transportation company for school or personal use in the future.
