Went in with the plan on ordering food and I went to use the restroom to wash up before ordering. The restroom was occupied so I was waiting and the staff rudely told me the restrooms were for paying customers only and I replied I WAS planning on ordering food. At that point I was disappointed so I just left and went elsewhere. I won't be going back again. read more

Totally this subway is always popping sometimes they don't have vegetables and chips but that's not their fault drinks are always good food is good their drive thru touch screen menu needs a update never had a awful experience I've been there a lot lol read more

I have been to different Subway shops all over the world and I have NEVER seen a Subway that is run as badly is this one is. The first time we went in there there were multiple employees sitting at a table while it took two employees 15 minutes to make a sandwich. The second time we went there we used the iPhone app to make our order (We thought it would be more simple and quicker. That was so wrong) my lady sat at the drive through window 30 minutes waiting for someone to come to the window, the entire time hitting the service button. She texted me because she couldn't believe someone won't answer the window. I had to call the store and ask them to give her the food through the freaking window. So much for progress!! The third time we used the kiosk to order through the drive thru (As they suggested the last time) after submitting our order we sat at the window for 30 minutes (notice a pattern?) we get our food and get it home and both sandwiches were wrong. The one had bacon on it I swear was raw! Neither of them had the right toppings or condiments. We ordered 3 cookies and got six which sounds good if they didn't taste like GARLIC!! Yeah garlic! How do you make cookies taste like friggin garlic??? I have been in Subways where the employees didn't speak English and had better service. Avoid this place like the friggin plaque!!! read more

Worst customer service of any Subway I've been to. Employees look scrappy, unclean and not to mention, unfriendly. Saying "Welcome to Subway" when you enter the store doesn't truly mirror the attitude the employees have when you get to the counter. They aren't happy to see you and they defiintely aren't happy to serve you. Went in to get 4 foot longs, had the guy try to serve me burnt bread and when I asked for different bread, he rolled his eyes & huffed. Slapped my sandwiches together, without so much as uttering a word to me the entire time. Rang me up & still not a word, not even a thank you, I'm sorry about the bread, can I get you anything else...? Nothing. When he gave me my change, he just dropped it in my hand True body language of complete irritability for me even being there. I tried to call the manager 3 times the next day & no one ever answered the phone. It would time out waiting on hold that it would just hang up on me. Our service was horrible. The workers were extremely rude. We waited fifteen minutes for service. One of the employees was complaining to other customers about his job. There were three employees on shift, and only one of them knew what he was doing. Would rate zero stars if possible. read more

I've never had a subway mess up my order so much. I was happy to see the drive through and the wait was long but I could see they were busy. They finally got me my sandwich and tried to hand me a 6in when I ordered a ft long. Then they came back with another sandwich and it was made wrong and they even handed me the receipt that has the order listed along with all toppings so someone can't read.... I will avoid this location in the future. read more

AMAZING! I traveled to Ardmore, OK with a girls basketball team for a tournament. I was able to call in our order three days in a row. They had the sandwiches ready, correct, names on them, and ready to purchase when I walked in the door. They were extremely nice and accommodating. We were so happy when the service. If I pull in their drive thru clean shaven, I have a full beard before I pull out. They move in one speed, slow. When you say something, they give you a comment, like we are only 2 people. Not sure how that is my problem, you want to run a business, staff your business to handle the customers. If you cant handle the customers, close. read more

Slowest drive thru ever!!! 20 minutes for one sandwich, and there was only 1 car in the parking lot.

MoI've been here twice and BOTH times the employees have been in the parking lot talking to friends and my order has been messed up! This last time they didn't give me my cookies I ordered. Said she didn't see them on the order. Then when I got home my salad had jalapenos which I didn't want and no cheese that I wanted! The salad looked like it was made yesterday! WTH subway!!! I now rate you along with Long John Silvers!!! This is the last time I give you my hard earned money!!! You definitely don't deserve it! Keep on going out to the parking lot to visit your friends and never mind the paying customers that expect their orders to be correct! Shame on you!! FIX your drive thru!!! It's a mess! There's a hug dip that if your in a small car you'll bottom out and exiting is crumbled concrete! This tells me that the owners no longer care! read more

Horrible service. Went to Subway on Grand. Went through drive thru at 1130AM. Ordered chopped salad, check order on screen and it was correct and pulled up to window to get food. Waited for over 10 mins and finally someone came to window and asked if i wanted my salad chopped? I said yes and then asked how much longer. I was told they were really busy up front. By that response i assume the drive through is not important. So i patiently waited and another employee came to wondow and asked if i wanted my salad chopped and if i wanted spinach. Since that is not what i had ordered and now i have waisted over 20 min. of my 1 hour lunch i cancelled my order and the employee didnt seem cocerned that she just lost her employer money. I have never done that before and I will never go to Subway on Grand again. Thank goodness BurgerKing, they were able to get my order hot and ready in 5 minutes with a very pleasant employee. read more
