My husband and I were looking for a quick stop en route from Dallas to Oklahoma city. Looked up Napoli's restaurant and were so happy that we decided to have lunch here. Service was great, and we were helped with our dietary restrictions, too. The cheese ravioli was simply delicious, and the sauce accompanied it too. The garlic bread was truly satisfying. Started eating here fairly often, found dishes I liked enough to come back more than once , I enjoyed it until I happened to have a interaction with the manager over a plate , he thought six nickel sized button mushrooms swimming in a aluminum tray of a mysterious pink sauce was acceptable as a stuffed mushroom appetizer for 4 we disagreed and chose not to return do to the interaction and unreasonable nature of the owner read more

Pizzzzzzza! I have been looking for a good place for pizza in Ardmore. I've finally found it here at Napoli's. I was eating lunch here today and had their lunch special and I decided to order pizzas for dinner. I'm eating my cold pizza right now and I can't believe the crust is the way I want it. The pizza had very little sauce and cheese. We got the one with everything and only the middle 2/3 had toppings. Dough was raw inside and hard on the outside. The lady waiting on us very nice and attentive. I watch Chef Irvine, the place would be disgusting to him. I felt the same. It needs a good cleaning and get rid of all those fake plants. Paid 10 dollars and change for "stuffed mushrooms " i received 5 mushrooms barely larger than a dime. They were covered in a what seemed like a gallon of sauce and upon questioning the manager he said that this was correct. I told him I was extremely disappointed with the size the quantity and the serving style and requested him to take the order back and return my money. He refused and stated this was a very popular menu item and that he would not return my money. This place is a scam and charges high prices for sub quality food and service. We came in after a day of traveling. I wasn't feeling well and was looking for some comfort food. I just wanted spaghetti with browned butter, which was not on the menu. I asked if that could be made. The chef came out and asked if he could create something for me. What I got was a masterpiece! So delicious! (See picture). My husband had the pizza and was extremely happy with it. Later, he came out to make sure I was happy with my meal. Fantastic food, even better customer service! We pass through here once a year. This was our first stop at Napoli's. We were greeted by the proprietor...always a nice touch. The food was great! We started off with the Italian sausage appetizer. Great flavor, not too spicy. My wife had chicken piccata. She's not a member of the clean plate club, but she certainly left it clean this time. I had the Stromboli. The crust was perfect and the amount of filling was just right. Blakely was our server. She did an awesome job even though she had several tables going. She promised to remember our names next year. Stopped in here to eat while going Ardmore and based on reviews decided to try. Pulled in thought was closed, no one here and was only us the entire time we arrived at 2:50 before the lunch prices expired at 3pm, it seemed the waitress didn't want us to order from the lunch menu and had to ask the owner which you clearly hear them talking about the time. With prevail we was allowed to order from lunch menu which comes with salads and rolls (plain roll), we had house dressing which is a red robust vinaigrette, dressing was good but small salad, we both had lasagna it okay but tasty like the frozen Sara Lee lasagna you buy at your food store plus it seemed thrown together in the dish. The restaurant is well appointed. Has an industrial/country feel. We were seated without reservations and our table was near a window. There was a singer entertaining at the far end from us. He started out with a Robert Earl King sound and slowly faded into current c/w songs. Our food was good. But our waitress was exceptional. Camping at Lake Murray SP and wanted some Italian. This place was great. Service was excellent. Must get the Italian sausage appetizer, you won't regret it. We had fettuccine alfredo, pizza and lasagna...all we very good. Before we head home, we will be going to Napolis one more time. read more

I reviewed this place at there old location and they were bad but figured maybe things would be better over here and plus the other Italian place was closed so what the heck give it a try. Yeah about that, wish we hadn't. The building & decor aren't the best but I could get past that. Our waitress had no clue on anything. We ordered a bottle of wine and after about 10 minutes and asking about the wine she brings us a bottle that was opened and 2 glasses that were already poured. Woah, not liking this, just hope we got what we were supposed to. This was a chianti and the manager actually came by and asked if we wanted to put it on ice. NO! The waitress had to come back and ask us again what we ordered. The service problems weren't because they were busy, there were only 2 other tables of 2. When we did get our food it looked pretty good but stopped there. The chicken in my Picatta was beat razor thin and very dry, with no flavor other than the capers on the dish. My wife had Chicken Florentine and her chicken was like shoe leather. Nothing else to say, you've been warned. read more
