He has an egg allergy, so he had to drive back (15 minutes each way) to get a replacement. The team remade it right away, but unfortunately there was no apology or apparent care for the mistake. Unfortunately, his bagel just ok and not as good as it has been in the past. I think the owner just adds the magic touch-a sprinkle of love! Overall, it was a disappointing visit compared to our past experiences--noticeably, the owner wasn't there this time. That said, we still highly recommend Sully's. Their chicken fingers have always been small to start with (on average about the size of an average man's thumb) but they'd normally add a few extra pieces (about 5 max) to make up for it. However, lately, you only get just one or two extra pieces - and the price has gone up: $30 for 20 pieces comes out to $1.50 for 2 bites of chicken and I don't consider that to be good value anymore(?). From the look of things there are many people who share my opinion because the lines that they used to have don't seem to be there anymore. ‍ I'll miss it but I feel stupid spending my money on something that's not worth it. Maybe I'm just cheap?
