They have two locations. This one is farther north about 15 mins away from Binghamton University but closer to Suny Broome. Though there is a closer location to Binghamton. I took the piece to the employee working the to go counter and she offered to remake our order and refunded by husband's card. I appreciate the business making it right. Hopefully our next trip will be a more positive experience. However overall the two stops were not bad, even with undercooked chicken.
