We stopped at BC Pizza in Deposit, NY today while taking a scenic drive from West Point to Fort Drum, and we're so glad we did! BC Pizza is a small, adorable restaurant with outdoor seating. It's very clean, beautifully decorated, and has a menu with so many options that it was hard to decide what to order. I was with my daughter and my two grandchildren, and we all ordered personal pan pizzas. My daughter and I also had side salads. The owner, John, greeted us and took such wonderful care of our family. He was incredibly friendly, personable, and amazing with the kids. When he brought out our salads, he surprised the grandchildren with their own little plates of salad and a dollop of ranch dressing so they could enjoy a salad too. It was such a thoughtful gesture. Our pizzas came out very quickly, and John paid attention to every little detail. The adults' pizzas were cut normally, but he cut our two-year-old's pizza into tiny bite-sized squares and sliced our four-year-old's pizza into very thin pieces that were easy for him to eat. They were both so excited! Even more impressive, our four-year-old--who is an extremely picky eater--ate his entire pizza, which almost never happens. Before we left, we decided to pick up dinner for later and ordered Reubens along with a quart of the smoky chicken and fire-roasted vegetable soup. Everything was absolutely incredible! It's rare to find a place with delicious food, outstanding service, and such genuine hospitality. John made us feel like valued guests, and those extra touches made our visit truly memorable. We don't get through Deposit very often, but BC Pizza has definitely earned repeat customers. We'll absolutely be back the next time we're in the area! read more

Absolutely love your chicken tenders, this last time I ordered the quality went down. They aren't crunchy or real chicken, these are formed chicken patties. Other than that, when I walked in the smell of fresh brewed coffee hit me and the sub case looked AMAZING! read more

I stopped here while passing through this town. It seemed super convenient and right near the highway. I was glad I found it because they had slices ready to go. The pizza was hot and fresh. But it definitely tasted microwaved. The "crust" was mushy and tasted wet. The cheese and sauce were of very low quality. The pictures on the menu are not even close to what you receive. I ordered chicken fingers and got small balls of fried breading some had chicken in them. I tried to message them and they blocked me from messenger and their FB page. I never would post such a review had they simply listened to my complaint. Twice they forgot my drinks on delivery and was over charged for a sale item and told it was only for eat in yet the FB page never mentioned it. My family orders from here all the time and have always received amazing service. Although no restaurant or food service is ever PERFECT, these guys are always willing to correct any mistake. They are the only place in town that offers delivery. Food is always hot and fresh. Top quality deli meat and cheese. I am quite picky when it comes to my food. John and Randy have always gone above and beyond to satisfy my requests. Delicious food at a very reasonable price. They have also catered a few events for us and have always nailed it. read more

I haven't had a bad slice from here the many times I've stopped in. I'm from Jersey so I think I know a good pie when I taste it. The sauce is homemade, not the sauce from a tin can. The cheese is really good quality and you can tell by the lack of grease pouring off a hot slice. Cheap cheese is oily and greasy. Driving down hwy 17 and stopped here because of the reviews. So glad we did. Calzones were huge and wonderful! Full of anything you could want. Definitely hand made. Staff really friendly. Will hopefully come back through on our travels. read more

I ordered from this establishment and asked if they delivered and they said yes your little out of the area but yes, and once I receive the food the order was wrong and when I called and told the owner which happened to answer the phone about it all he's did was started to yell at me about not leaving the driver a tip and that there was a place to leave a tip when the payment method was texted to me. When I explained there wasn't or I didn't see it he said yes there is and never to order back from that establishment again quote. I was then informed there was a $200 minimum to deliver to where I was at which I was not aware of and should have been informed when I placed the order over the phone. I then told the owner it wasn't intentional that I didn't leave a tip and then proceeded to yell and chastise me about the order and said that my business was no longer welcome... So in short he has not only lost my business but a big organization's business that usually orders hundreds and hundreds of dollars from this establishment every year. Great job owner! read more

I commute several days a week to Binghamton for work and often stop to bring food home to the kids and husband. Wonderful service. We were brought a high chair for the baby without our asking for one. Our son was overheard wanting some of my iced tea and he was offered some tea in his water. The pizza was very hot and his pizza was cooled for him. The pizza and garlic knots sets delicious. We will be coming again when in the area. read more
