It was about the slowest McDonald's I had ever been to. But, that's because everything we ordered was made to order. Drinks are canned soda or bottled water. They do have some beer also. It's all counter service, so you can take it to go or sit at the tables outside. But they also have picnic blankets hanging up that you can use to sit on the grass in some shade. Be aware that this is NOT fast food, so you will have to wait a little bit for you food, especially if it's s busy. But it's not an unreasonable amount of time.
