Before they changed names and menu names, the Ranchero with Bacon was the best thing you could get anywhere. It was fantastic. (Renamed as the Bacon Cheesy) The old pictures are gone now, but the Ranchero was a beautiful, smooth sphere, baked golden brown, with just the right amount of cheese and ranchero sauce. Now? Now it's a sad looking meat pie shaped thing, barely looks cooked through, no discernible cheese, no ranchero sauce, and a half-cold clump of pre-cooked bacon bits inside. Last time I ordered a breakfast taco, it was so greasy it dripped onto my shirt. And anything that greasy just isn't good anyway. The dough used for the regular kolaches is good (a bit sweet), but the smoked sausage kolache has a sad, thin piece of sausage in it. That original Ranchero was sooo good, I keep going back hoping for a comeback. I'm just torturing myself.

I got the Village Pizza, it was very good, but not my favorite (I usually order the Little Italy). After ordering the meal came out very quickly. They agreed to come in and talk to kids about the importance of healthy eating and make wraps with them. They did not show up the day of the event and left 50 kids without an activity. They did not even call to say they could not attend. This school has had entire grades of kids order from Roly Poly for holiday parties in the past. I think this is an extremely poor showing to the community on Roly Poly's behalf. This parent will no longer be a customer!
