The chicken is good, but sometimes the fries aren't fresh or hot. On this recent trip, I ordered the chicken bacon ranch loaded fries. It was anything but impressive. It's been months since I've ordered this, and I don't remember it being prepared so haphazardly. Bacon not crumbled up but just thrown on the plate. Chicken far and few. Hardly any cheese, if any. The fries were hot though undercooked. I was heading out soon to another event so this meal would have to suffice. Needless to say it was a disappointment in a box. Sadly, this Zaxby's is near where I live, so I will probably return when in the mood for chicken fingers and fast food. Hopefully if you visit, you will have a better experience. Fingers crossed.

I wanted to taste the cheesecake bites. They were crispy and the strawberry dip was perfect. Since I ate them later, I did recrisp them for 3 minutes in my air fryer and they were just as good as when I first got them home. I will definitely be getting those again. There is sufficient parking at this location. It was busy when I dropped by. But they were quick and the drive thru seemed to steadily flow. I will be dropping by this location again.

We got there ordered the ice cream and once it was ready, we were then told they had no spoons or forks. Really!? There solution was to give my dad a straw. The cashier wasn't sure if they would be able to serve it. It was 10:40 am. She asked the manager. He said yes, no problem. I put in the rest of my order, and then was told nevermind they were out of soup. This is the second time this has happened to me, and the second time I left and went somewhere else. The first time I waited in line. Four people were in front of me, and when I got to the counter and tried to order the chicken soup. The cashier told me he couldn't push the soup button. It was after 10:30 am. He asked me what else I would like. I explained I would have to get out of line to ask my elderly dad who was sitting down. The order was canceled. I wasn't going to get back in line because there was now 5 people in line. Lately, also there is always at least 10 people standing in the lobby waiting for orders. Not sure what has happened, but I'm hoping things will change back.

I've done a catering order from here before and it was ready as soon as I walked in. No complaints.
