    Cubano

Trail Magic is the new sandwich shop inside the new Good People place that went in where Ghost Train used to be. My daughter got the turkey sandwich and I got the Cubano. They were both very good and quite large. We could have split one and been full. We sat outside which backs on to the trail with plenty of space for kids and dogs to run around. This place is a great find. Hope more people catch on.

Ok so this place actually makes a great sandwich. I was scrolling Yelp and looking for something nearby and saw a pic from this place and decided to just shoot over to it and give it a try. Best sandwich related move I've made in a while. It's inside a brewery, but kind of it's own separate space on one end. Walk up and order at the counter, get a number and they'll bring it out to you when it's ready. There is tons of space indoors and out. Lots of tvs for watching all the games. A variety of seating from sofas to barstools to picnic tables etc. Just a really spacious place with a great layout. It's in a brewery, but I'm gonna say it's family friendly. I definitely saw families there with kids and everyone was having a good and responsible time. So as far as all that stuff goes...great. Now onto the sandwich. The menu was short and sweet and I was torn between a few of their options, and I settled on the Big Tony, which turned out to be a great decision. It was huge. 2 meals. Order one if you're hungry, or if you want to share with a friend. It was made to order, it could be had either hot or cold. It had a great balsamic on it. It was popping with flavor and on a nice hoagie roll that rounded it out nicely. Long story short, don't second guess it. This is a great, big, flavorful sandwich and it's being served up in a big, spacious, airy environment with all the things you'd expect in a nice brewery. Get down there and see for yourself.

Finally after hearing ALL the positive reviews from friends I was able to visit for a meal. Been running errands late into the evening and wanted something quick but not of the "fast food" variety. This was an absolutely perfect opportunity and was not disappointed. The service was friendly, helpful and honest which made the entire process a very pleasant experience. All sandwiches come with a side of chips. Being located inside a Tasting Room provide beverage options of a craft beer, full bar with wine or non alcoholic drinks just a few steps away.

Trail Magic has some great sandwich options. Unfortunately, during my visit they were out of a few things. I couldn't try the Cubano since they were out of ham. Yes, no ham! I ended up getting the Big Tony (hot) but it was cold. I didn't bother bringing this to their attention. Overall, this is a very generous sandwich with lots of meat and fresh toppings. Great bread too! I did not love the fresh mozzarella on the sandwich.... Kind of odd to me. I also had some trail mix & it was savory and a nice little treat! The service was friendly. I'll be back to try the Cubano, so I'm looking forward to that!

    Italian beef and pork sandwich.

We went Sunday shortly after they opened for the day. The guy behind the counter seemed perturbed that we were there. He did warm up a little when he dropped off our food. I got the Italian beef. I wanted the hot peppers added but they were out. My husband got the pork sandwich. When they came out, both looked excellent. Mine was huge and packed with meat. Unfortunately, they both fell flat with regards to flavor. My husband said his tested "chemical-ly." The pickles were excellent and the best thing on the plate, then the chips and sadly the sandwiches came in last. Maybe it was just an off day.

Adding a sandwich shop inside of All Good Beverage Co. was a good idea. The staff was friendly and helpful. The vibe was super cool like you'd expect for a brewery. The price is average, but the price are generous. They have a vegetarian sandwich and a few vegetarian snacks and sides. It's a simple menu but you can create your own if you're feeling creative.

Cubano was 10/10! Have been wanting to get by here to try this sandwich specifically but to check out All Good. Highly recommend - don't sleep on this new spot and great new sandwich option in Bham.

Trail Magic is a great option in the Magic City. The food is fresh and high quality. Our sandwiches were delicious and satisfying after a morning walking on the trail with our pups. Service was friendly and helpful. Trail Magic's location inside All Good meant we were able to enjoy a good drink and a comfortable atmosphere as well.

They take absolute care and pride in everything--even the eggs were extra tasty and their breakfast sandwiches....yum. Most of the pastries are made with sourdough (except danishes, cookies, muffins). And they are top notch. Tender, buttery, flavorful, no skimping on anything. Just plain delicious. Bought more to save for afternoon coffee. The Friday offerings of challah, rye, and bagels are not sourdough but made with great care--even the bagels are made using tangzhong and cold proofed for 48 hours. Even those who do not emote about food and those carefully counting macros and calories in our family were impressed, vocal, and eagerly finishing off all of the offerings, sweet and savory. The space itself is beautiful--clean, intentional, and unique--with visual nods to milling and baking traditions. You can see elements of the mill and wheat motifs in the background, which adds a quiet sense of craftsmanship and history without feeling staged. The pastries are exceptional. Their croissants are perfectly flaky and buttery, the sourdough is deeply flavorful, and the morning buns strike that ideal balance of richness and warmth. The baguette is crisp on the outside, tender inside--everything you want it to be. Every item feels carefully made, never rushed. What stands out most is the consistency and care. Breadworks manages to feel elevated yet welcoming--refined without being pretentious. It's clear they take pride in both their craft and their process, and it shows in every bite. A true standout in Birmingham and absolutely worth returning to.

They have incredible sandwiches and sides that are high quality and affordable. I have tried the Camilla sandwich, house seasoned kettle chips, mac and cheese and bread pudding. The Electric offers indoor and outdoor seating, and the patio is covered and equipped with fans to combat the summer heat. I look forward to returning and trying more items from their menu!

The indoor dining area is on the smaller side, but it seemed like plenty of space for the crowd level when I visited. There's also outdoor seating, which was comfortable and especially convenient with the brewery next door. The bartender offered me a taste of the frozen peach margarita and mentioned that it was made with fresh peaches. You could really tell! It was incredibly refreshing, and if I dine in next time, I'll definitely be trying one for myself--or another cocktail from their menu. I ordered the Hedberg, and while I'm not normally much of a sandwich person, I really enjoyed it. The "205" mustard was a standout for me and added a lot of flavor. The bartender was also incredibly helpful and happy to offer suggestions, which I really appreciated since it was my first visit. I left knowing exactly what I'd like to try next time. Definitely a spot I'd come back to!
