Today while retrieving and ordering my sandwich I witnessed a interaction between the manager and an employee and the subsequent reaction of the other employees who were listening into the conversation between the manager and the other employees. To the manager: you should have allowed that conversation to happen in private. Away from both customers and other employees. Employees should be made to feel like they can discuss things in private if they choose. Not in front of people, especially customers. To the other employees listening in on the conversation: as the customer, I would have preferred that you have given me your full attention. I also think it's inappropriate to talk crap about the employee talking to the manager, under your breath as if the customer standing right in front of you (me) couldn't hear you. Or maybe it's just that you didn't care. Extremely unprofessional. Especially when you're using cuss words and derogatory terms to refer to someone else. To the employee talking to the manager: a word of advice. When you have a problem with someone the first person you should be taking it to is that person. In an appropriate professional manner. Not circumventing them and going straight to the manager. Because sometimes? The only person with a problem is you. And the other person that you have a problem with doesn't realize that you have a problem. You're going to lose a lot of people that are allies in the workforce if you continue to do that. That being said I ordered a sandwich I got what I ordered and it was delicious. I will continue to go to Subway. I haven't had such good customer service in a long time! The Subway was clean and the staff was very friendly. The first store we visited down the road didn't have soup which I wanted so Dave, the owner, sent me to the other store and gave us a free drink on the house for making us drive down the street. Love the fresh bread! They always put what ever you want on the sandwich. So if you see the lettuce or cheese or anything is not fresh tell them. If you don't like the sandwich it's your own fault. They have never refused to put anything I want on the sandwich. If you want your sandwich toasted twice, ask! The glass at the counter is clear and you can see every item that is available and if it doesn't look good use your words and tell the server. read more

Walked into this Subway for the first time (go to others all over Utah frequently) The gal with the long braided ponytail was wiping the prep area in front of me, not a word was said to me like be with you in a minute or Hi. As soon as the young gentleman walked out from the back she finally greeted me without even looking up then proceeded to tell him to put on some gloves and make my sub. Since they have all these new monster sandwiches I asked the guy what was the difference with the new #16 chicken teriyaki and the old regular one? He couldn't answer called her over without skipping a beat still twirling her cleaning rag around she said "ones chicken and the other is steak" and ran off into the back. So I told him that didn't answer my question so I'll just have a regular chicken teriyaki. He started mumbling and looking around and said "sorry this is my first day. He went to get the gal so I said no thank you she didn't have time for me before so I'll just go somewhere else. Instead of getting mad and upset I just turned and walked out. As I lookup after starting my car I see Misses wonderful waving goodbye to me. Class act I hope your not the manager! If this is how you treat your customers you will keep losing them. I love Subway breakfast, but won't be back to this location. Two meals in a row, got sick (breakfast and lunch on a separate day). I should have known when they were picking out tomatoes and pcs of cheese to throw out (out of same containers they were making my sandwich from). Gave it a third try, and was going to get breakfast, but their bacon was all fat except for one thin line of meat. And they cut corners with the meat (two pieces of meat instead of four on the lunch sub, and two half pcs of bacon instead of two full. The young girl that is manager never smiles and is always in a rush to get you out of there, even when there is no one else there. What is she rushing for? Smile and relax a little. Enjoy your customers... Extra tip: don't park your employee car right in front of the front door. Leave it for your customers, especially elderly so they don't have to walk quite as far. read more

Went here for 2 breakfast sandwiches for the first time and had a terrible experience. First we had to wait to get service because they were having a conversation in the back. Found out that one of their openers quit on them this morning (dont blame her I wouldn't want to enter this place again) The employees were confused on multiple occasions about what goes on the sandwiches, had to wait for them to heat up the egg because it was still frozen and as we verbally expressed that we were having a bad experience the manager or supervisor went outside to have a smoke break at 930. Got drinks on the house so that was a plus. Barley ate half and my guts hurting just writing this. Dont recommend. read more

I used to work there about 2 months ago and the assistant manager Mike was so rude to me that he made me cry a few times so I left. I went there today to get a sub and my ham was completely hard so I went back to hopefully get a new sub. The coworker had horrible customer service and was giving me attitude but luckily I still got my extra sub. Drove home and when I went to go eat that bread was has hard as a brick. It was horrible. I called up there and was explaining everything and it was the same coworker on the phone and all he said was "ok", I then asked him if there was anything that could be done he said "I mean I can you a new one and just not toast it" so I end up going back up there for a second time and I told him that I didn't want a new sub anymore and then asked nicely if I could just get a refund back and he said "umm I'm guess but you'll have to leave the sub here" (with an attitude again) so this time I wasn't very nice. I simply said that I didn't want it because y'all have horrible customer service and my sub was nasty twice now so I want my money back. He then took a $1 out of the tip jar, put it in the register and then handed me all one's. I definitely would not recommend this horrible place to anyone. read more
