Yep, the customer service sucks just like a lot of other people have said. The staff have no idea about the business and don't care about helping. They're clueless and just working to get through their day. Maybe management is bad but they didn't seem very well trained in how to help people or even be nice. Would not recommend ever going here. Used the online ordering platform to place a order for an employee appreciation lunch/delivery. The ease of ordering and surprising my co-worker was effortless. Kudos to this location! I called the day of delivery to confirm that the order was received, paid for and would be delivered near the time I selected. My coworker received her order and said the delivery person was friendly and order was correct. Thank you for helping me (being on the party planning committee for my workplace) surprise a co-worker with lunch. You guys ROCK in Bountiful, UT! I am obsessed with a #11 unwich and love the convenience of ordering off the app then picking up (sadly just outside of the delivery zone). The staff at this location are so friendly and the space is clean. I love that they have multiple options for bread, or non-bread, choices, making it easy to select an option. read more

Poor customer service from both the employees and managers. Super super super disappointed. Due to the current circumstance with covid 19, I had called the store to place a curbside delivery order. I saw that they had a banner out front with the stores phone number to call and place an order and "we will deliver it curbside!" When I called and said I would like to place a curbside delivery order, the girl on the other line when silent. I had asked if I had called the right number, and she asked which location are you at? I had told her the bountiful location to which I got the response "what address are you at?" Confused by this question I had said I am at the 500 West location. The phone again went silent. I gave her a few seconds to pull up the screen to take my order, grab a pen, etc (I don't know what she is doing at this point) before I say "did I call a jimmy johns location?" And she comes back on and said yes. I said, "I would like to place a curbside order, do you guys not offer that?." The employee then says "oh you told me delivery!" No I didn't. The employee made no attempt to understand the conversation. If you don't know what I am talking about, or feel that I am confused, why not ask? She would just go radio silent on the other line instead. She then said "what do you want?" At this point I was just irritated, but did not want to end up with a hair in my sandwich so I used my manners saying please and thank you before she hung up the phone. Of course, my order was WRONG. But at this point, I was already in SLC and had no plans about going back to bountiful soon. So I quickly called up the closest jimmy johns location to me and had explained everything to the person on the other line, hoping I could come in and get another sandwich replaced. The man on the other end was so nice, and apologized saying they would be happy to get me my CORRECT order. He explained I would just need to call the bountiful location and have them void my order, so that I would not be charged for the wrong order. I had called the bountiful location and asked to speak with a manager. Little did I know this manager with sound just as irritated (if not more) then her employee did when I had called to place my original curbside order. I had explained to the manager that I just spoke with somebody from one of the Salt Lake location, and I would like to have my order transferred to that location because the bountiful location had gotten my order wrong. I had explained the conversation that I had with the employee that took my original order, and how the employee was short with me and made no attempt to resolve any communication errors, she would instead go silent on the other end. I explain to her that I did not even know that I was speaking with a Jimmy John's location because of the conversation (or lack thereof). The manager then says that she always stands behind her employees, and that she believes that they did not purposefully get my order wrong due to our conversation beforehand. Be that as it may, I still was over an hour from placing my original order, and had been to 2 locations at this point trying to fix the incorrect order. The manager did not apologize she was not remorseful and she did not go out of her way to make any sort of amends. Fast forward to me going to the SLC location on 300 west (they were so sweet). The darling employee who came out to give me my curbside delivery order, apologized profusely for the bountiful locations short coming, and replace my entire order (chips, sandwich, drink) and said that it was on them. Poor service at this location. Walked in and workers openly negatively talking about customers. Eeek. Also, guy went from taking orders on phone to making sandwiches - without putting on gloves. Just felt unclean and uncomfortable to be in there. Left without ordering. read more

Slow slow slow. They were out of bread too when I went in. 10/26/19. Don't recommend this Jimmy Johns seems very unorganized and slow.

Our server was very eager to please and did a great job. We took his recommendations for food and my husband though his Alfredo was decent and better than he anticipated but my salmon was actually really good. Always nervous ordering fish from places that aren't close to the ocean to be honest I was pleasantly surprised. Plus try the side salad it had great dressing and amazing fresh croutons. The only suggestion I have is that when it is time for the check they didn't notice our drink was gone and didn't offer to refill at that point. No one wants to leaving wanting a little more to drink. Oh and the asphalt pie is actually awesome and way better than it even looks which is pretty good. read more

This is a great place for some deli sandwiches. Way better than subway IMO. They have always been fast for me. Usually I will do the pickup option, but occasionally I will do delivery, but I have never had an issue with them being slow. The only issues I have ever had is that they frequently forget to cut my sandwich in half when I request it. To the point where I have started naming my sandwich "Jason cut in half" just to make sure they do it. read more

I really like their vegetarian options here. I find the #6 satisfying, and the #13 very satisfying. Jimmy John's includes avocado with the veggie, which I really like. They actually make an effort to add value to a meatless sandwich. I really wish there were a Jimmy John's closer to my work, so I could go there for lunch. Decent Jimmy Johns but consistency is irregular. The sandwiches are good-nothing special-but I would never order or delivery or pickup. So I've had the $4.99 turkey sandwich before and I decided to try the $6.49 turkey sandwich instead today because it included avocado and cucumber. I mainly upgraded for the avocado. The manager literally put like a teaspoon of avocado on my sandwich and spread it as thinly as possible. Drove here because they did not deliver to my offices. Slow service. Granted, they were very busy with delivery orders but I was standing right in front of them with no line and I couldn't get the guy behind the counter to stop stapling receipts together and take my order. Love Jimmy Johns. Very good sandwiches on french bread, I get the #12 with turkey and sprouts. I am always satisfied, they make the sandwich in like 2 seconds, its quick. Employees are always friendly and they do deliver, but i have never tried that out. Also you can order a delivery with their iphone app or online which is pretty cool. This is the slowest Jimmy Johns I've ever been too. There were 3 employees working, the 2 gentleman working were great, but the girl was a waste of space. I've been to many jimmy john locations and this is by far the best. This is usually where I drag my friends to lunch every Thursday and not once had a bad meal. Consistency and great customer service goes a long way for me, and this location is great with both of them. Every time I walk in I am greeted with a smile and every time I leave I'm left with a thank you and see you next time. They've found a great bunch of workers for this one. read more

Then the third try I gave them I ordered my food and waited the usual 45 min called back and they said they had not trace of my order and swore I didn't call and place an order.
