Both can be made vegan easily by removing the cheese and the pesto. I ordered the sandwich without both any animal products and the sandwich was still very delicious. The bread was soft, but the portion size was small. The sandwiches had the right amount of bell pepper slices and mushrooms in it. It actually had more bell peppers than mushrooms which was strange because it is named after the mushroom itself. The cashier at the counter was very kind, but she was asking me a lot of intrusive questions that I didn't care for. She just wanted to know all about my business on why I was visiting the State of Mississippi instead of staying in Texas. I wasn't expecting her to know my life personally. I had to change the subject and quickly order as there was a line forming behind me. The restaurant itself was clean and organized. The unsweet tea tasted fine and not lackluster. I really like their food, but I would suggest that they increase the portion size so that customers get their money's worth. A $11 sandwich shouldn't be the size of a $3 sandwich.
