One week ago I ordered a Arch burger around 700pm got to window server was lost on what to do trying to give a medium drink when ordered a large then another guy comes to the window and I asked him was he training the other guy but all he could do give me an ugly look and grunt and when I got home the Arch burger totally sucked! Today was my third time having to return food to this location (restaurant #33679). Today I ordered a double filet meal and got a single filet with a glob of mayonnaise and a fist full of pickles. I don't know why employees at this location can't get an order right. Maybe they need to go to McUniversity to learn how to properly take and fulfill orders properly. Went to this location Saturday, 3-16-24. I arrived around 9:45pm. Hours listed online said this location was open until 1am. I was in a horse trailer so couldn't make my way into the drive through line with traffic, lobby was closed so I opted to pull in and do a mobile order. I spent the time registering just for the app to tell me this location was no longer taking orders. By this time there was no one in line so I whipped back around and edged into the drive through line. No answer from anyone taking orders. Pulled around to the first window and the only gentlemen I saw wouldn't acknowledge that I was sitting there so I pulled to the second window and the employees scattered. No one came to the window- just hid in the back until I left. Phones were off. Either change your hours of operation listed online or get some oversight at this location. read more

Had a mishap with my order last night and i believe he was the closing manager, made sure i got compensated the next day with a meal. He even communicated to the other manager and employees so they knew exactly who i was when i came in and gave me the meal with no hesitation! & the workers were friendly enough for me to leave McDonald's a review lol read more

I haven't been to this McDonald's in years, but I saw a long line at the drive thru and decided to give it a shot. BEST DECISION! The building has been renovated and it looks great! All of the employees were well mannered, from the person that took my order to the person I received my food from. I'm not sure if there's been a change in management, but there's definitely a high level of professionalism at this establishment! My food was also accurate, well packaged, and delicious! read more

I often stop at the McDonald's in Byram around 8:00-8:30 pm and when I get home, my food is old. It has happened several times before and I would try to call back and "no answer". I really was trying to give them the benefit of doubt, but now I feel the need to post a review....The service is good, but food is awful...One way to prevent this is to ONLY serve what you would eat....Manager's, Employees etc...This is ridiculous for customers to spend our hard earned money and get horrible food...Happened again last night, I am calling now and can't get anyone. read more
