Today was my third time having to return food to this location (restaurant #33679). Today I ordered a double filet meal and got a single filet with a glob of mayonnaise and a fist full of pickles. Went to this location Saturday, 3-16-24. I arrived around 9:45pm. Hours listed online said this location was open until 1am. I was in a horse trailer so couldn't make my way into the drive through line with traffic, lobby was closed so I opted to pull in and do a mobile order. I spent the time registering just for the app to tell me this location was no longer taking orders. By this time there was no one in line so I whipped back around and edged into the drive through line. No answer from anyone taking orders. Pulled around to the first window and the only gentlemen I saw wouldn't acknowledge that I was sitting there so I pulled to the second window and the employees scattered. I haven't been to this McDonald's in years, but I saw a long line at the drive thru and decided to give it a shot. BEST DECISION! The building has been renovated and it looks great! All of the employees were well mannered, from the person that took my order to the person I received my food from. I'm not sure if there's been a change in management, but there's definitely a high level of professionalism at this establishment! My food was also accurate, well packaged, and delicious! read more

I often stop at the McDonald's in Byram around 8:00-8:30 pm and when I get home, my food is old. It has happened several times before and I would try to call back and "no answer".
