I went to Chick-fil-A for lunch today and Jasmine was at the counter, she was really friendly and I appreciate how she smiled and talked to the customers. She is quick on her feet, she got the orders up and got them to us quick with all the extras in the bag. We were in and out in no time. I just want to say thanks Jasmine. Made a quick stop in here because we saw how large this place was and just had to see the inside. It's one of the larger Chick-fil-A locations I've seen but not the largest. Still plenty of room to spread out. The service and food is your typical awesome Chick-fil-A quality! read more

For me, the food is a hit or miss. I received a grease sandwich on one occasion. Another time, I ordered a large Dr. Pepper with extra ice. There was barely any ice in the cup. I asked if they could pour some out and add ice. They threw away the cup and gave me a diet Dr. Pepper. Check your food before pulling off. The long lines can probably be avoided if you could order at the speaker and move along. Double lines seem to create chaos. One day, I placed my order in the right lane and was told to pull in after the fourth car in the left lane. I haven't had a positive experience at the Byram location; however, management did replace one of my meals (sandwich and large Dr. Pepper). read more

I was so excited to see that Byram finally opened a Chick-fil-A, however, with the poor service and poor food quality, I was left disappointed. I have been to many locations across the country, and this is by far the worse Chick-fil-A I've been to. The service was EXTREMELY slow -- which at first I was being patient about until I saw two employees in the drive thru line joking around. When I finally got to the window, I was only given 1 of my orders and had to ask for the 2nd. There was no apology given, and the employee almost seemed offended that I asked for my other order. Once I made it home, I discovered both drinks were mixed very badly, the nuggets were cold, and my Large fry was the portion size of a medium. If I pay extra money to upsize my meal, that's what I expect. This restaurant is not a good representation of the Chick-fil-A brand. They need to change management and hire more professional employees. My visit was very disappointing. read more

Terrible staff and service. I work retail and restaurant, so I'm highly understanding. BUT, this is the worst Chick-Fil-A in the Jackson area. Half the staff is on par with service, but the other half acting like this McDonalds. Extremely unorganized with orders and very rude and bold staff. As huge CFA fans, we've given this CFA several tries and it just doesn't cut it. The sandwiches are 9/10x cold and we order cheese on ours and the cheese is NEVER melted. More times then not, the chicken only fits the middle of the bun. Highly disappointed in this CFA. Gladly will drive from Terry to Clinton from now on. The store is unclean, they screw up every second or third order, and some employees don't seem to care when I have to go back in there to get it corrected or get what they omitted and sometimes still mess it up yet again. I use the mobile app, so each order is clearly written down, so they can't plead misunderstanding my voice. Paid $21.00 dollars for some old food. Talked with a manager who asked me for the receipt transaction number and when I got to the store called no one answered so I asked one of the employees to come here and explained to him the situation so he goes in and let her know I was outside. He comes back and asks for my receipt I waited he come back and asked me to give him just the fries. I told him the whole order is cold so you would have to replace all the food. The team leader finally come out with the food not to happy and gave me the food and she was dry so I just got the food and left. Called the store to get the name of the district manager and the same dry lady gave me his name and asked me what was the problem I told her and she denied being dry and I told her yes you were dry and not friendly at all she kept talking I just hung up. People spend too much money at Chick-fil-la in Byram all o be getting old ass food. The replaced food was nasty. Sad I will NEVER spend my money there.
