So we pay and now you can't leave they've already taken your money we finally get to the pick up window and it's now 8:10 p.m. they come give ius our drinks and walk off and never return. About another 10 minutes goes by and nothing I've been in this line now approximately 30 minutes at this point and at the pick up window for 10 minutes and no one nothing so I honk 1 quick honk and wait still nothing so I honk again a little longer this time not to bad still nothing. About 8:20 I see someone finally so I honk quickly they ignore me don't even look up. By now I'm passed my grand kids go in to ask for our food and are told it will be right out. They come back and still no one has come to the window about another 5 minutes goes by and finally a guy opens the window then reaches behind him and grabs a bag sitting on the counter along with 3 others as he hands me the bag I say to him I thought this was fast food, and I asked him has our food been sitting there on the counter that whole time and he just starts closing the window in my face and I said hey is this food already cold and he continues shutting the window without saying one single word the whole time. So I check to see if all my food is in there because they always screw up our order and I open a hamburger first to see if it's no onion and my God a 2 year old could have put together a better burger the burger is hanging half way off the bun and its a total mess. Now mind you I've been in this line now it's been about 37 minutes. The food was a total mess all the fries are spilled in the bag like they were put in upside down the were beyond cold and stale the burger was such a mess with ketchup all over the wrapper and the outside of the burger the bun was soggy we had driven off after nearly 40 minutes with food we couldn't even eat and service that was so slow and extremely rude.
