Delicous food!! Loved their soup and salad. The waitress was considerate of my gluten issues and the service was excellent. They cleaned the kitchen before making mine to help keep contamination at a minimum. Yummy in your fat guys tummy, ok skinny people should eat here to. Well tonight I got the curbside service to go. And they were 6 minutes early. Congrats I love it. So I was sort of disappointed when I went to order and my favorite appetizer the fried shrimp scampi was gone. Turns out NO PROBLEM, really because I ordered their new Shrimp Misto appetizer and DAMN, so good. We were all fighting over it and easy because there were 15-16 shrimp and tons of strips of fried green, yellow and red bell peppers with it. What a hit. My kiddo was sneaking shrimps like a bandit and he'd already had dinner. They were that good. So in addition to that all I ordered was a shells @ cheese dinner, wife & I split the soup(Zuppa Toscana, always yum) the two breadsticks and the online picture had four shells and it came with five so gave that one to the kiddo too. I've been here a couple of times over the last couple years. The food is usually well prepared and tasty. The customer service is average. In Casper you could do a lot worse. I've eaten the lasagna it was very tasty. The price is reasonable and you should get full on soup or salad, breadsticks and your meal. read more

Our waitress Natasha was wonderful. She was very kind, friendly and sweet. We celebrated our granddaughter's birthday, they sang happy birthday to her. Absolutely made her day. I came here on a Sunday, there was no wait, I was seated immediately. Browsed over the menue and waitied, and waited and waited, finally seeing no one was goimg to come over and take my drink order after 10 minutes, I used the little computer at the table and ordered an appetizer and drink, still no one came.over until the appetizer, she dropped it off and I still didn't get my drink, so then again i waited, and waited, still no one came over and pushed the " call server" button, still no response, so here I am, done with my appetizer, thirsty, and still have my menu on the table, servers walking past my table. I could maybe understand if it was busy, but it's really not, so the appetizer was ok, stuffed Zitta..other than that i can't recommend this Olive Garden at this time. I spoke with the manager ,Steven, he was very understanding and apologized for the lack of attention, brougjt me some water and took off the appetizer charge. I don't know if it had to do with the fact I was solo, but very disappointed as I was looking forward to ordering the main entree and getting the sald and soup. read more

Ate here about two weeks ago while in town on business. The restaurant is open for dine-in and they seem to make a point of seating people in every other booth. Went to Olive Garden this past weekend with my sister, brother-in-law, their 4 kids (8 and under), and my Grandmother. We made sure to go an hour or so after "normal" lunch hours and we got right in with just a few minutes of waiting while they prepared the table. The kids were issued coloring books and crayons to keep them occupied. The crayons were horrible! One of our little ones got very upset because no matter how much she colored there was very little color showing. They are very waxy and don't show much color. The menu on the back of the coloring book was very helpful as it broke down the menu with pictures easily for kids who aren't yet able to read. The drinks came out in plastic cups with lids which we found out very quickly do not have spill-proof lids. We were kind of surprised when the food came that the kids' meals were so huge. The portions and the content were more adult sized. The chicken fingers were large pieces of chicken that were not at all finger-like. However, it all tasted good and left-overs are never a bad thing. I was pleased to see that they still had the beef and pork ravioli on the menu as this has become a favorite of mine. They do NOT have Italian sodas (again!) and I asked the waitress to tell her manager that we asked for them. WHY? Why does an Italian restaurant not have Italian soda? My sister ordered the chicken Alfredo and my brother-in-law ordered the steak. It looked overdone at first but tasted very delicious. I will add this to my list of maybes for the next visit. Everyone's food was cooked well and served in large portions. Of course we ended up taking home a sack full of to-go boxes for dinner the next day. We came into town on an errand and stopped in for lunch. People were waiting outside with a 20 minute wait. We went into the bar; the counter was messy and wet. Bartender was personable and soon we had a table in the bar area. Salad was lackluster; iceberg and a few pieces of romaine, a couple of olives, some bits of red onion. The pasta, however, was fabulous, and the Black Tie mousse cake was to die for. Service was good given that the place was swamped. read more

Ate lunch for Veterans Day. I am always pleased with my meals at Olive Garden. My wife and I have eaten at olive gardens from one end of the us to the other and have never had a bad experience. Today was no exception. Even with the COVID restriction the atmosphere was top notch and food beyond reproach. Erin was our waitress and was very personable and professional. I know today is Veterans Day so they go out of their way to make me feel important, but I can say I feel that way every time here. read more

Restaurant was not busy. We were a large group. 19 of us but had called ahead days before, so they knew that we were coming. Arrived at 11:15 a.m. No greeter to seat us. Waited several minutes until someone appeared. Did not get drinks until 11:45 a.m. Our wait staff (2 of them) did best they could. One of our colleagues did not get his sandwich until the end, which was 12:45 p.m. When a colleague and I tried to pay at the front, we were told our waiter had to be our cashier. Yet, like I said, the place was not busy. There is a reason why this place was not hopping with diners. I won't be returning. Amendment - Talked with the general manager. She said the concerns will be addressed with her team. Changed review from 1 star to 3. Hope things improve at this restaurant. read more

Wow, that was something. Our server took our order and literally laughed at us after ordering extra sauce with our entree (we both ordered ravioli di portabello). After listening to his incoherent mumbling trying to explain himself... He just walks away. (Wow, umm, that's pretty rude) He also told me they didn't have Toscana soup or ANY other soup because they were closing. So we both got salads He brings out our salads and tells us our food will be out in a couple of minutes. (Wow ok, I better hurry I guess) He comes by to check up on us which was fine. He then pulls up our check on the tablet and asks my gf if she wants to take her food home, she says no I'm not taking any food home, he says this verbatim and I quote "well, you better hurry up then" he smiles and walks away. My jaw dropped "DID THAT JUST HAPPEN?!" Like is this real? Was he joking? There's no way a person could be this straight up hostile to my gf. Went there on a Sunday night, at about 6pm with my wife. 15 minute wait, about normal, got seated. Waitress came by, and took our drink order. 2 Diet Cokes. Came back 4 minutes later with 2 Diets and took our order. Here was our order: Bruschetta Salad & Breadsticks (free refills) Chicken Parm & Spaghetti (me) Eggplant Parm & Spaghetti (wife) Five minutes later, the salad and breadsticks show up. We ate those for about 5-10 minutes, both empty, never was offered a refill on the salad. Was offered a refill on the breadsticks. Never came. Never. I've now had an empty drink for about 10 minutes. Finally get a refill. The Parms show up. NO sign of the Bruschetta. My chicken parm is about OG average, not bad, but not awesome.. Cheese has NO flavor. None. There is random pieces of angel hair in with the spaghetti. Abby's Eggplant parm has no taste and is pure mush. As in I ate a piece, and it had no taste. It was so bland/bad that my wife took half of my chicken, and ate meat for the first time in 16 years. It was that bad Our bruschetta then shows up. It had obviously been sitting under a heat lamp forgotten, as the basil leaf was smoking. The Bruschetta was not made with olive oil. We tried to place the oil. Abby thinks they just put some cheap ass wesson veg oil and white vinegar to make it. I finally get my second (and final) refill of Diet Coke. My wife had been out of a drink for 10+ minutes at this point. Ask again for breadsticks and salad. Never got either. Only reason this is not 0 star is because they took the Bruschetta off the bill and Yelp won't let me give less than 1 star. We won't be back to this location. read more

Decided to try Olive Garden for the first time in years. We sat at the bar with Jenny as our bartender and she treated us really well. She was fun to talk to and had great energy! They had lots of vegan things to eat. I even had enough to take home for lunch the next day! We love eating at this place everytime we go to Casper. We travel from Shoshoni. I wanted to do the survey but our receipt came from the table Kiosk and it doesn't have the required number to continue so I decided to leave my review here. They've gotten so much better, quick with the service and the waitress, Lauren, was the best so far. She was trying to upsale, cross sale, I'm surprised she didn't cut our meat for us. She was attentive right up until we left which was a nice change. The food was awesome as usual but my daughter wants you to bring back the alfredo pizza. It's Olive Garden. I don't have to tell you about the menu or the food, it's the same as any other Olive Garden. My family likes Olive Garden. We go there regularly, and I would rank most OG locations as 3 stars - A-OK! This OG gets a downgrade for service. We were clearly not our waitress' priority. I felt like we were bothering her. It was about 8 p.m. and not during the typical dinner rush. I didn't mark specifically long it took, but the length of time we waited for our server after being seated was a noticably long time, and then it took even longer after that for her to come back with our salad. I CAN tell you it took 26 minutes after us sitting down at our seats for the server to bring our SALAD. Yep, the salad that they make in bulk at every OG and normally deliver to your table in about 60 seconds after placing your order, THAT salad. 26 minutes! Dinner followed at the 41 minute mark, and when it did, 3 of the 4 dinners were lukewarm, dried, and crusty like they had been sitting under a heatlamp for a while. Oh, and one of the orders was wrong and had to go back to the kitchen to be redone. Our server never took away the empty salad plates. When she delivered the entrees, she held my plate out and asked with sort of an annoyed tone, "where would you like me to put this?" (Because my empty salad plate was in the way.) Seriously??? How about TAKING AWAY the empty salad plates??? My wife jumped in and took my salad plate so the waitress could set my the plate of lukewarm, dry and crusty pasta in front of me. I was tempted to give this a 1-star rating, but it could have just been this one server was having a bad night, so I'll leave it at 2-stars. read more

Came here for quick takeout. They were fast and it was nice to get a salad and breadstick for each entree. We ordered the whole wheat pasta with marinara and meatballs and also the shrimp and chicken carbonara. Everything tasted great. It's classic Olive Garden, not bad by any means but not innovative or gourmet or local. That's why the 3 stars..... Still I enjoyed it and it was fast with friendly service. First of all, the chicken was just wrong... I didn't think you could make chicken like this until they did. The chicken was very chewy, and was totally inedible. I wouldn't feed that to anyone. The fettuccini was made properly, and the bread sticks were great. And the server was truly amazing, my mother had forgotten her purse and she returned it, how kind. I think that managers start to believe that because they are located In Casper standards and hospitality don't matter. They do! I will start off with the good stuff. Our waitress was very friendly, professional, and we enjoyed having her as our waitress. The breadsticks are my favorite thing at this place and we were promptly served breadsticks and our soup. The peach bellini tea is delicious! We were seated reasonably quickly, although there was almost nobody in the restaurant, there was nobody at the front counter when we walked in and someone had to go get the hostess from the back room. It seems like every time I eat here, the prices are higher and the quality and quantity is lower. I paid $15 for three manicotti stuffed with gritty cheese (I am guessing these are frozen and not fresh) and a few tiny strips of chicken with veggies. The chicken tasted nice, but I would venture that this is also not cooked fresh. I would be interested to see if anything served here, besides the salad, isn't brought out of a freezer. I was disappointed with my meal and not happy about having paid so much for such a poor excuse for Italian food. The other guests I dined with were equally disappointed with their meals. Honestly, I only ate here because someone gave me a gift card for $15 and I wanted to use it up. We generally do not eat here because of the high prices and low quality. read more
