Everything was Ok. I'd maybe go back but 2 stars for serving food at different times and inedible meal. Everyone got food while I waited another 10 min for my steak Benedict. Get the steak bene and one side had a single bite of steak(really good but only one bite) Stoked to eat the other half and the second steak was maybe 3 bites that was ALL gristle and inedible. I couldn't even cut it to eat it. The fact that they didn't offer to remake my meal or at least refund me is wrong. $18 for a single bite. Just a friendly, restaurant with plenty of choices for breakfast and lunch all rolled up into a great local atmosphere at a very cheap price. Where else can you eat and while you are eating be offered a chance to lick the bowl from some homemade whipping creams for their cakes? Great salads, fries and home made chicken soup. read more

I give this 5 stars because the atmosphere and service are amazing. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted in a welcoming manner. The woman who served us was kind enough to give us a deal that saved money. At no point did we feel rushed, judged or unwelcomed. I had a skillet breakfast which was average. We stopped in this cute lil restaurant on our way back from MT to support a local family owned restaurant and we're not disappointed. I got the mushroom burger-delicious. We stopped here for lunch on a Tuesday afternoon. So glad we ate here!!! The food was fabulous! I had the chicken fried steak and my boyfriend had a huevos rancheros omelette with green chili. I went there a couple weeks ago and the had a "breakfast scrambler" now when you think about that you think eggs hash browns sausage or bacon all put together into a delicious breakfast. My first choice for brunch was Eggington's but decided that the long wait wasn't worth it so gave this place a shot instead. Seems like a nice mom and pop restaurant with a decent selection of options. I got the veggie skillet which comes with country potatoes, peppers, onion, tomato, spinach, smothered in gravy, choice of eggs, topped with cheese. It comes with a choice of toast, homemade biscuit, english muffin, or dollar size pancakes. Got a cup of coffee as well which comes with free refills. I wish they had flavored creamers for the coffee, but not a big deal. Both the food and service was mediocre. read more

My husband had steak and eggs and the cut was rather tough and he is usually easy to please. I ordered the hitch but it really isn't that much food for 11.25 considering everywhere else in town has the same thing much cheaper. Like the hanger for 8.75! or Johnny J's like 6 bucks. They charge way to much for a glass of OJ not like it was hand squeezed. This was the second time we went the first time I went for lunch and it was terrible. Supper over cooked burger and my sons kids grilled cheese literally had one piece of cheese. It came with bacon and he doesn't eat meat much so got it with none. It was also over cooked and singed. Food was ok (wrap and buffalo chicken sandwich) Mostly the reason it's 3 stars because it was a bit pricey for kids lunch meals. (I should have checked the website instead of relying on yelp for old pricing on the menu photos.) 6.99 for a kid lunch meal is hard to swallow, when most kids don't even have the stomach size to finish their meals. No apples were in stock just French fries which they hardly touched. And hostess charged us for drinks when kids meals comes with a drink. I got the Roughneck with ham, bacon, and sausage. It came with eggs, toast, and hasbrowns. I can't have gluten so no toast for me. Wish they had gluten free bread but that is not uncommon. The ham was not fatty at all and cooked very good so it was not all dried out. Sausage and bacon were also cooked good and had excellent flavor. This will be my go to everytime I get to Casper.
