All in all, this place has great service, and good food. I recommend going there if you're passing through the quaint Chestertown. I work in Chestertown so it's extremely convenient. I'm not of much of a fan of fast food, however, the quarter pounder has my attention lately. The food is always hot and consistently good at this location. There is a double drive-through so there's almost never a wait. The first window, where I pay, always has friendly workers! I remember my first time getting a quarter pounder in a while, the manager and the worker both offered coupons from their apps for free fries. Who does that? Their service is above par all of the time and this location has my heart. Whenever I'm in the mood for my dolls I consider my efforts to frequent this location because of their outstanding customer service. I suggest you do the same.

UMMM then today we go in order a 12 inch Italian Sub with AMERICAN (It was literally bread no oil or vinegar, no mayo, no lettuce, tomato or onion no salt no pepper just 5 pieces of meat and PROVOLONE CHEESE--- a cheese burger with no bun, a cheese burger with a bun which again came with nothing but cheese nor were we asked about lettuce, tomato or onion... We ordered a kiddie vanilla with rainbow sprinkles and 2 peach cokes--- WE got 2 cups of vanilla a nd 1 Coke but had to ask about actually getting it 4 TIMES and then standing there to actually GET IT. The sassy rude girl that works there said WE were rude and complained about everything --- and was going to call her "dad" who may or may not be the owner? She continued to glare and make snide remarks until we left. As I said, we have been there weekly for YEARS but this treatment is beyond! Yelling at my mother who at 84 did nothing to her except ask AGAIN for the Peach Coke after at least 5 other parties had been waited on is just ENOUGH!

Even though it wasn't too busy, the staff seemed pretty friendly but I never got a refill for my coffee. This place felt like a mom and pops type of establishment. Many older folks seem like they were regulars and the wait staff already knew what to get them. The staff were so kind to the locals! It was a bit on the cold side inside due to the AC blasting but I rather take cold than hot. Hope to get some brisket next time.

As a new mom, I really appreciated this extra effort from her. Also, I was pleased that this location had changing tables in both the men's and women's bathroom. The women's bathroom was clean so I wasn't overwhelmed when I had to go in there to change by baby's diaper.
