Terrible service! The workers have terrible attitudes and one of them sneezed all over the bread! So gross!

We originally ordered the Brooklyn and the Godfather to go, but while we were waiting the smell alone convinced us to stay, and we seriously devoured both. Easily some of the best sandwiches we've ever had. Truly felt like a slice of New York tucked right into Concord, NC. We'll definitely be back to try dessert and grab one of their pre-prepared pastas for dinner. And on your way out, don't miss the little mint patty gumball-style machine by the door. Such a nostalgic touch and honestly the cutest detail. took a photo for my momma! Highly, highly recommend.

The food here is almost better than most of the Italian spots I'm accustomed to in Brooklyn. I ordered the chicken parm hero and meatball parm hero. Both were excellent! The sauce was freshly made with simple ingredients that were clearly high quality. The bread was crispy and warm authentically Italian (covered in sesame seeds the way I love) Best of all they have a small "Mercato" with carefully selected items imported from Italy. I was surprised and excited to find some of my favorite Italian cookies, breadsticks and chocolates. They even carry Italian beverages & wine. But best of all they have several prepared frozen meals like Lasagna, eggplant Parmesan and other favorites. They also had sauces and cheeses and pasta. The pastry case was filed with Italian staples like cannolis. If you're looking for a purveyor of authentic Italian items in Concord, this is definitely the spot! They have a nice outdoor dining area and a small area inside as well.

They have indoor seating for really any size group, but we sat outside at a street side table. It was a lovely night and the sidewalk seating was packed. You order inside the venue at the counter. Receive a number and choose your seating preference. Everyone we encountered were very friendly. Had a great conversation with the owners and they are definitely suited for making you feel welcome and are committed to bring life back into downtown Concord! I'm excited for us and them. They also own the Bottle Shop next door that serves alcoholic beverages and also has a great downtown vibe. Highly HIGHLY recommend.

The person there was very sweet and helpful, and made some great recommendations to us that helped us decide what to order. We both ordered different types of sandwiches on sourdough, I got the Kelsey! It was delicious and very fresh-tasting. I also got an order of the French fries which were highly recommended, and an order of the homemade potato chips as well for my cousin and I to share. We got some ranch to go with it and it was fantastic. The portions are large, and you get a lot of food for your money. The sandwiches are big and flavorful! I like that they let you customize or build your own sandwich, where you can pick bread, protein, cheese, toppings, etc! I think that's awesome! We will be back, and want to try the other side that opens at 3 next. Highly recommend!!

My daughter called and when we arrived, we were lucky and was seated right away as a table was coming open. Small inside footprint but cozy with a full bar. Also outdoor patio seating. The hostess, our waitress and the walk around staff refilling water was top tier. Excellent customer service. Our waitress wasbbomb, I hate i forgot her name. Even though the place was packed she tooknour order in a timely manner, and kept checking on us be9fre we got our food,.kept us informed that the kitchen was busy but she on it. Allnifnkur food was delicious. My daughter had chicken and Belgium waffles, and I had the shrimp amd grits, my mom had a breast platter. All great choices. Give them a try!

Seriously. Everything has pork. I got a handheld egg sandwich with tomato and cheese on a croissant with their potatoes. Basic sandwich, dry and the cheese & tomato were an extra charge. The potatoes were hard like they're old. The mimosa was good, regular sparkling with pineapple juice. And their tip machine doubles the recommended amount so for my $9 mimosa it generates a +$3 tip at 18 % but it should have been under $2. Just wanted to point that out too. I won't be back.

It wasn't long before my server was over with a bottle of water and a glass full of ice. The reason I came here was because there was a salad listed on the menu that just sounded very refreshing for the hot summer afternoon. I ordered the chop salad with grilled chicken and it was out to me, perfectly plated, in about 5 minutes. The salad was delicious and the chicken was flavorful and hot. The restaurant is small and bright with tons of natural lighting. The bathroom is small, unisex, kind of dark and dim, and a little dingy. My server wasn't the most friendly and she didn't come back to my table after she dropped off the food. I had to go up to the front to ask for a side of dressing. I'd still recommend the restaurant and go back hoping for a different server.

My husband called to place an order over the phone, and the employee who answered was extremely rude. Her tone was dismissive and nonchalant, and it felt as though she was bothered that we were placing an order. When he asked simple questions, such as the wing count, the type of fries they serve, and the address. She responded with clear irritation and even blurted out, "Oh my God." I went into the restaurant and asked if she was the person who had just answered the phone. She confirmed that she was. I then asked her to cancel our order because we did not like her attitude, and left. It's unfortunate because we will never know what the food tastes like because we won't be returning. Small businesses already face many challenges, and customer service is often what sets them apart. Having someone at the front representing your business in this way does more harm than good.

They went directly into the garbage. Why would you name your eatery "City Grill and WINGS", which is a dish that you can't prepare with consistency? Now, in fairness I ordered the Greek chicken wrap, pasta salad and lemonade, while they forgot to include my pasta salad both my wrap and lemonade were tasty. My husband and I were both sick after eating this food, and it appears other Yelpers have had the same experience. City Grill and Wings, what are you doing to people? Proprietor, please care because people don't have money to waste on inedible food, and we don't deserve to suffer physically because we trusted your establishment.
