Absolutely horrible customer service. Unfortunately, I didn't even get the chance to try the food because I refuse to support any establishment that does not value its customers. My husband called to place an order over the phone, and the employee who answered was extremely rude. Her tone was dismissive and nonchalant, and it felt as though she was bothered that we were placing an order. When he asked simple questions, such as the wing count, the type of fries they serve, and the address. She responded with clear irritation and even blurted out, "Oh my God." I went into the restaurant and asked if she was the person who had just answered the phone. She confirmed that she was. I then asked her to cancel our order because we did not like her attitude, and left. It's unfortunate because we will never know what the food tastes like because we won't be returning. Small businesses already face many challenges, and customer service is often what sets them apart. Having someone at the front representing your business in this way does more harm than good. read more

We ordered from DoorDash, and my husband got the wings. They were boiled with thick rubbery skin, dunked in a bright orange sauce and absolutely disgusting! They went directly into the garbage. Why would you name your eatery "City Grill and WINGS", which is a dish that you can't prepare with consistency? Now, in fairness I ordered the Greek chicken wrap, pasta salad and lemonade, while they forgot to include my pasta salad both my wrap and lemonade were tasty. My husband and I were both sick after eating this food, and it appears other Yelpers have had the same experience. City Grill and Wings, what are you doing to people? Proprietor, please care because people don't have money to waste on inedible food, and we don't deserve to suffer physically because we trusted your establishment. read more

I've gone to this location many times but I was disappointed recently when I told them I want dry rub lemon pepper and got wet. When you spend $50 for 30 wings and fries there should be nothing to complain about. This is not the first time they didn't get my order correct either. I just drive to Harrisburg and eat at that location. This place is clean and the people who wait on me are mostly cheery but when I order something I want what I pay for. They also don't have fried pickles at this location but have them at Harrisburg. I'm halfway between both so I just go to Harrisburg as they have always gotten my order made the way I asked. read more

When this place first opened up and was Chex Grill and Wings, It was fantastic!! But clearly things have gone down hill since then, There have been many times were we just want to go and grab some really good Crisp, Big and Flavorful Wings to bring home. So we were out running some errands anyway and had to go to that plaza and decided to call ahead and order. She told us that she couldn't start the order till we arrived, which I found quite odd. Why not just get our payment info if you think we are going to Not show up for the order. We walk in and the place is dirty, they have this fake leather couch there you can sit on to wait for your order that looks like it got picked up off the side of the road. The fake leather is all torn off of the thing. I asked the girl who took our order over the phone that we were there, and she said she would let them know to start the order. I asked if the Wings were still being cooked Crispy and she said she can ask the cooks to put them in a little bit longer to make sure. Well they still ended up tasting like they came straight out of the freezer and into a fryer that should of been changed out a couple days prior. The prices here are pretty ridiculous too for what you get. We got an order of 20 Wings and a Box of Fries and Order of Fried Mushrooms with Blue Cheese and Ranch cups. I love the crisp of the wings and how fresh they were when I got them. I had to pay extra for flats but I get it. Not a fan of the jerk and I figured I wouldn't. The jerk sauce was too sweet and more sweet than spicy. The hot wings were good and not super salty. I'll definitely try again. read more

When we walked in we were greeted with a smile and friendly conversation he was really patient with us probably because it was our first time. But still great customer service. You are allowed to taste one sauce before you buy anything and they give you a full wing dressed in your chosen sauce. Crazy! The wings are fried hard with you having to ask and the sauce was to die for. I had the spicy honey gold and my wife had the jerk chicken for our samples. Both sauces were flavorful and not too overpowering and you could still hear the crunch of the chicken. I settled on the honey gold minus the spice and my wife got honey teriyaki. You get to pick bone in or boneless. We also both got philly's. One steak and one chicken fajita. They were gigantic and tasted amazing. My daughter and I started to go to one of our usual boring places to eat but then decided to check out something new with good reviews that was in the area before going home so we found this place on the way. I'm so glad we stopped here. The food was delicious. Not only was the food delicious the place has a perfect sanitation score an A-100!!! I had to give them their props! The place was so quiet, nice and clean. The man taking our order was very nice. I ordered the chicken philly sub that was sooooo delicious My daughter got a cheeseburger which she stated was good as well. We were the only customers in the place at the time. I was wondering why the place wasn't busy with customers. My thought after eating the food this place should be packed! I would definitely recommend this place. I'm one who knows good food when I taste it, I love to eat and I'm very critical of someone's cooking. People say I need to be a food critic I can even be critical of my own cooking. Also, I was very delighted by the side salad. The lettuce was not huge chunks and had tomato and onion and the dressing was homemade. THAT was a bit hit with me cause I ordered ranch and I can't stand bottled ranch and so was happy that this was "real".
