I'm not sure why the employee today seemed to want to be passive aggressive. There was no reason for the dull argumentative attitude while trying to order a sandwich. The employee made it very confusing. Also tried to charge extra avocado when told order included the avocado. We were the only ones in there and it was quiet. Hope their life gets better. read more

I am so happy that I don't live in this area so I never have to come back to this subway again! This subway is horrible. They will not start preparing your food until you pay first, the employees are completely rude and make the customer feel incompetent. The way that they measure their portions is a joke. I wanted a pinch more cheese and they told me i had to pay extra lol so shouldn't they charge after they prepare the customers food then ? So I dont have to be charged a second time?? This was the WORST subway experience I have ever had. I've been to going to subway for years now and never have I ever had such a HORRIBLE experience. 1. You have to pay before they make the sandwich... this is wrong for multiple reasons. If you don't know what add ons you want they will charge you again for the two dollars as an ENTIRELY SEPARATE TRANSACTION. 2. My partner is gluten free and had to order a bowl (since there are no gluten free breads). She ordered a cold cuts bowl and the employee COULD NOT CARE TO CHOP the meat. Literally she was eating full pieces of deli meat. 3. I HAD TO HOLD MY BREATH IN THE BATHROOM IT SMELLED SO BAD! It has clearly not been maintained in any form. Toilet paper was missing as well as soap. The toilet bowl had clearly not been cleaned for AT LEAST A WEEK. The trash was OVERFLOWING. 4. Over all the entirety of the staff was RUDE. I understand that this is an minimum wage job but don't make me feel like a freshman getting bullied in high school just because I'm asking you to DO YOUR JOB. I live locally and came in here for a sandwich. They completely re did the menu and many items not present anymore. for $8 I was still hungry after consuming my little sandwich. For $8 I expect to at least get satisfied somewhat. And I'm not over weight. I weigh 123 lbs. Also for being there at 8:46 in the morning you'd think they would have fresh veggies. The pickles looked nasty. Their tomatoes were ok but nearly gone. The olives looks old like they were stepped on. Come on man! I thought Corning was the Olive City! Lol. Ya right. I understand they probably don't get paid enough to care but that's not an excuse. Do your job right or take a hike. How hard is it to put fresh veggies in there? It's not Rocket surgery. It's making a sandwich. For crying out loud. Then when leaving I said thanks. The guy was like " Your Welcome" all mater of factly as if he did me some great service making a dinky little sandwich for $8 management should pay a little better so employees give a shit about their jobs just a little bit more. I had been driving for 8 hours and hadn't eaten anything all day so I stopped into this Subway for dinner. I was greeted by Josh with a giant hello and a smile behind his mask and asked how I was doing. It was so nice to have such amazing customer service after such a journey. He made me the best sandwich I've had in years and gave me a great hotel recommendation as well! Went to this subway about fifteen minutes ago and their customer service is terrible. The sandwich artist that helped us was very rude and not welcoming at all. He wasn't helpful at all and when he made out sandwiches he barley put anything on them. My boyfriend's chicken breast in his sandwich was still cold. You're supposed to warm them up before putting them on and he did not. This was a terrible experience. read more

We drive a 20 mile round trip from Orland to buy from here instead of Orland's Subway. They are very friendly and always make great sandwiches. Also, their dining area is very clean and now has an outdoor seating area! read more

Haven't had subway in a while. Went in and should have left after speaking with the person for 15 seconds into the sandwich order. I don't expect much from a subway to begin with but this experience was below that. The sandwich was horrible and definitely not filling. On Tuesday, May 10, at 9:00am, I purchased a turkey bacon sandwich. I drove immediately home and put it in the refrigerator. I ate it at 12:00. I was struck with the most violent case of food poisoning an hour later. After receiving medical attention, and I had recovered, I called this Subway to let them know. I had to leave a brief message and asked them to please call me. They never returned my call. Bad things happen. I understand that. But, they needed to know what happened to me and their failure to communicate with me is unprofessional in the extreme. read more

Went to get a sandwich and they had one, yes one single piece of sunflower bread left. And that was it no white no wheat no nothing. Except one lonely piece of sunflower bread, ohh and flat bread (EW). So disappointed that we waited in line for about 15 minutes just to be told we have no bread and that it would be 30 minutes before any was ready. I highly recommend this Subway to anyone looking for a great sandwich. They have the cleanest subway by far, and the staff is super helpful. The overall atmosphere of this store is wonderful. If you are looking for a good sandwich, with lots of veggies and meats, this is the subway to go to. The sunflower crunch bread is great here as well. This store is doing great the employees and managers are very personable and hopefully it keeps its great employees and values. read more

Went in excited to try new steak sandwich, no white bread available, gal said they had been busy, our kids meal got shorted toys cause their delivery guy had not shown up yet.
