This Culver's location has to be the worst in terms of filling an order correctly. When I was here three months ago I placed an order for a double bacon cheeseburger, fries and a diet coke. What I got was a regular single cheeseburger, fries and a regular coke. When I visited last evening, 7/2, I ordered a regular, single, bacon cheeseburger, cheese curds and a diet coke. I had to place the order three times before the order taker got it correct on the order screen. I actually received a bacon-cheeseburger DELUXE, cheese curds and a diet coke. No I didn't ask for a new, corrected order either time because I was in a hurry and didn't want to wait any longer than I already had. No other Culver's has ever filled an order incorrectly in the eight years I've lived in Wisconsin. Only the Rhinelander location! Is it improper training? Individual incompetence? A bad speaker connection? A hodag in the machine?? As always the food quality is good but the order accuracy is incredibly inadequate.

The tenders were crispy, not greasy and the white gravy was hot, not room temperature. My malt took me waaaay back to my childhood, the way a malt should taste. If you love the flavor of a malted milk ball you will love the Dairy Queen on Lincoln Street. My husband ordered one too but he's not that fond of a malt. He couldn't believe how delicious a chocolate malt could taste. I told him only Dairy Queen knows how to make a malt.
