In recent past, I've kept my comments to myself about the unsanitary way the "Sandwich Artists" have prepared the merchandise, but I can keep quiet no longer. There have been several times I've gone for lunch at this branch and have found myself patiently waiting for my turn to order. Once I have my chance! I noticed that the knives are filthy and full of food (most often tuna.) Instead of using a clean knife or changing out gloves stained in marinara sauce, my sandwich is prepared with God knows what other ingredients. The whole point of the gloves is to prevent contamination, and yet I notice the employees are working on other thinks apart from the food, scratching themselves, leaning against the wall, fixing their hair under their hats, etc. Perhaps someone misinformed them that the point of the gloves isn't to prevent themselves from getting bacteria on their hands, but to keep it from reaching the food. As much as it pains me to say, I may have to seek eating at a different location even though the convenience of this location will no longer matter when my health is at stake.
