I don't always use a coupon, and often treat my team to Subway on a busy day. I have nothing to complain about the food at the location, as I did not order any, but in principle, if they are not taking the coupons, they should not benefit from any other promotions. I understand from reading online that this is a decision any franchisee can make. I disagree with that decision, so I took my business elsewhere.
