This time I asked the woman making my sandwich if she could put a little extra banana pepper because the ordering kiosk didn't offer that option, and she said, "Did you pay for more???", then when handing me my uncustomized sandwich, she asked to see my receipt when clearly it was my sandwich to begin with. Then later on I found out she put potatoes on my sandwich, which was supposed to be an Italian cheesesteak. Who puts potatoes on an Italian cheesesteak??? So let's review: overpriced and limited customization within what they do have, bad service aside from Yenny, and the food is so-so. I can even put up with so-so food if that's what's in the immediate area, I can put up with paying a few extra bucks if that's all that's in the area, but if you can bind those two and add on poor and unfriendly service, then no thank you. MAYBE if I could get Yenny every time, but I likely won't walk back in there to begin with anyway. So congratulations, you were stingy on not giving me a little more of a topping, and now you've lost a customer in the area who might've otherwise convinced others at my school to use you guys, but hey, you've still got those few extra banana peppers to hang on to.
