Just aggressively, overwhelmingly salty. Every bite felt like a dare. Between the bacon and the cheesesteak, it was sodium stacked on sodium with zero balance. I genuinely couldn't finish it after two bites. At that point, it felt like I had just thrown money straight into the trash. The sausage stuffed peppers were decent...thankfully. Not mind-blowing, but at least edible and competently made, which is more than I can say for the sandwich. They saved me from a starving morning. Extremely disappointed. I'm all for flavor, but when the dominant note is "are they trying to preserve this for winter?" something has gone very wrong in the kitchen.

Over the past five months, the quality and portion sizes have steadily declined. The last eight sandwiches I've ordered have consistently had very little meat and barely any toppings. For example, the Patriot sandwich had only about four slices of roast beef. The chicken cutlet sandwiches came with just two small strips of chicken cutlet and very few peppers or other toppings. Each visit seems to have fewer ingredients than the last. I understand that food costs have gone up, but charging the same prices while significantly reducing the portions isn't acceptable. Rosario's used to be one of my favorite delis, but after eight disappointing orders in a row, I can't justify coming back.
