I could see a lot of workers involved with the Drive-through window but no one assigned to wait on walk in customers. There were other people waiting too so I raised my best New York voice to call out 'Hello! Customers waiting!' and someone showed up. Disclaimer- I only go here for the occasional fish sandwich. Many times you have to park and wait a few minutes to receive that particular item but it's worth it as they are nice and fresh. I will say that they almost always put napkins in the takeout bag. There are plenty of napkins in the bag even if you forget to ask. Food is consistently fresh and tasty. We pretty much stick to the classic roast beef which is piled pretty high and the buns are always soft and nicely toasted. The cherry turnovers are the bomb if you want dessert. The prices are a tad higher than some other fast food joints but it's so much better. There are often specials like four for $10 on the roast beef sammies, so ask.
