This is one of my favorite Subways to get my sandwiches from! The family that owns and operates this spot are all very friendly and kind! Yes, they may close early if they are slow, so I always call ahead to make sure that my drive over is not a waste of time. I drive over here from Hiddenbrooke. As long as they know I am coming, they will keep their doors open for me. One time, they had closed, but waited for me to get there. They opened the door for me when I arrived and made me my sandwiches! And 3 other people came in while I was there, so they completed their orders as well. One other awesome thing about this Subway is they accept Subway coupons! You would think all the Subways would, but a lot of the privately owned Subways will not accept them anymore! It's a bit shocking! You get the coupons in the mail, but then are told you cannot use them. Not here! This family is happy to accept them. Another plus us that this Subway uses real avocados, not the nasty gross avacado spread that a lot. Of the Subways have resorted to. I guess the spread is cheaper for them. This family chooses to continue to use the real avacado on their sandwiches! The vegetables, meat, and bread are always fresh and I am always greeted with a huge smile! This is my Subway of choice! Come here maybe twice a week. I know I can't ask for much from a subway but this was by far my worst experience. I order a sandwich and the bred is not cooked all the way when she goes to cut the sandwich open. So I ask for a different piece and she gives me attitude about it. I don't want to eat a sandwich with not fully cooked bread. The employees are so hard to understand that I feel stupid asking twice what they are saying. Then they talk in another language that I of course don't understand so I think they are talking bad about me! I go to Subway almost every single day for food. There is a particular employee at this store that seemingly does not care about making my sandwich. Cucumber are strewn randomly on the bread, not carefully placing a layer like one would hope for. She didn't ask me about ingredients and had a really sour or angry vibe during the sandwich making process. I don't need my sandwich to look like a piece of art but if I ask for cucumber please don't just stack it all in the middle of the sandwich please distribute it evenly. Lastly, no one ever seems to know how to properly take payments with mobile payment. 90% of the time I have to scan and rescan my phone three to four times just to get the mobile payment to work. The mobile payment should be more streamlined, and there needs to be more training on how to do things like Scan For Points + Make Payment in one scan instead of scanning my phone under the red lasers over and over while we both hope it works. [EDIT: Just got home with my sandwich. It's not even on the right bread, and there is a random onion slice in it that I did not ask for. This whole experience has been very upsetting.] read more

This is the first time my sandwich was made wrong. I ordered a cold cut trio. Got home and took a bite of my sandwich and noticed that something was missing. Sure enough, no salami! Staff here doesn't care at all about the customer and they treat each other horribly in front of customers. Their quality of food is always bad compared to the one on central. I witnessed an employee being condescending and rude to the fellow employee that was helping us. I think most people wouldn't say anything but it was extremely unprofessional and I asked the girl that was being treated that way for her manager's number. I do not understand how they are getting reviews stating that they have bad customer service. I work close by and frequent this location at least once a week and sometimes multiple when picking up lunch for the office. Everyone is so nice and much faster then any other sandwich shop around (including the Safeway deli next door who take FOREVER and never have anyone to ring you up when it is done). Yes they have accents when they speak their very proper English, and Yes anyone who complains about it is a lazy because it is easily understandable. it seems like the negative comments are simply people looking for something to complain about. I see that this location has some low reviews but just wanted to let you know that we order from Subway at this location for our office monthly meeting which is held over at the Green Valley Center - and we always get great service. I order for an early pick-up for a group of about 15-20 and the staff is friendly and my order is always hot and ready on time for me to pick-up!!! Very happy with the service I have gotten. This is one of my favorite subways. They are always super friendly and are not skimpy on the toppings. I have been here 3 times in the last 2 months and was very surprised when I saw the negative yelp reviews. They have obviously worked very hard on their customer service since the bad reviews. One of the ladies behind the counter could speak at least 4 languages including perfect English so there are no communication issues. I will continue coming to this Subway. There are actually 2 in Fairfield that I avoid, especially the one on North Texas St because of their customer service and having to tell them to add more toppings three times before I get the amount that I want. read more

I go to this subway a lot, most of the time the staff is really friendly, some times some new employees aren't but they normally don't last too long. Yeah the owner gets good employees. As for the food it's good sandwich the bread always taste fresh. The veggies are 95% fresh and if you don't like them they will cut up fresh ones right away. I came to this location as a stop on my way to Tahoe from San Jose. After ordering sandwiches for myself and my 3 girls, I realized I didn't have my Debit card. I didn't have quite enough cash to pay for the sandwiches and the women working graciously offered me a discount on the sandwiches so that I could pay for them. The owners of this location, I believe, are the same owners of the Subway in the Budweiser Brewery just up the freeway. In regards to this review, it is for the brewery location. If I would could give this location negative stars, I would!!! I am usually pretty good at giving people the benefit of the doubt...but, not after receiving the same terrible customer service, it never fails! This is pathetic considering I have pretty low expectations. The employees are sleeping half the time, as soon as you walk in they wait to get up or even acknowledge you until you address them first. One employee wears her iPod while making your sandwich and then asks you "what?" a million times because she can't hear your order. One gentleman when asked what kind of cheese they offered said "they are all right there and they all taste the same anyway." They never say thank you, they have perishable product in their coolers that is past the expiration/sell by date, and one thing that drives me nuts is that their pizza cutter and knives are ALWAYS dirty!! They NEVER use a clean knife to cut into their "fresh" baked bread. And, really, sunglasses while you are working....during the day, in a well lit establishment...yea, let's talk about professionalism. You will not help but notice their lack thereof immediately as you walk in and are greeted by hand written, taped up signage. While they are a completely separate, independently operated business, they make the Brewery look bad. read more

I buy a sandwich every Wednesday and Friday morning around 8 :45 to take to my business to eat for lunch. The two ladies that work in the morning go out of their way to give great service. They are very efficient at making sandwiches and make conversation as they are working. They ask me how my family is doing and are always polite. I come here for lunch from time to time and I must say I have not had better customer service anywhere else. The staff are super friendly and always make you feel welcomed. As soon as I walk in the door, I am greeted with a friendly smile and am immediately served.
