Overall a good restaurant, just not my personal favorite sandwich shop. The menu offers hot and cold sandwiches. They also have chips and drinks available. I ordered the #6 Roast Beef and Provolone sandwich. Sandwich toppings are limited to tomatoes, lettuce, yellow onions, pickles, banana peppers, jalapeños, salsa, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper. I would have preferred red onions instead. Service was good. Prices are reasonable. Restaurant was clean. read more

Jersey Mike's subs are OK. I like that they cut the meat in front of you, and have all the different peppers and pickles. they'll put extra mayo, but I didn't like the way the way the turkey was cut or crumbled. The flavors were good though. Turkey ham and bacon with provolone. read more

I hate to leave Jersey Mike's a 2 stars.... You order there and the sandwiches are great. You place an order online and it seems like they just make you want they want to make. I ordered 3 sandiches (2 giants and 1 regular) online. The regular was place with half of one of the giant sandwiches, all the sand switches were made wrong, asked for oil and vinegar on the side but was missing. This was like my 5th time ordering online and never has it been right. I can accept small mistakes but this last order was a complete mess. I recommend NOT ordering online. I'm not sure if it's laziness or they know you're not going to open and disassemble your sandwich or what ??? read more

I'm so glad to have a Jersey Mikes that isnt across a bridge I can go to. Right off of Suisun Valley rd in Cordelia...you make that right turn off the freeway into foodie travel corner. Snuggled between a kitchen/bar and a burger joint you'll find a humble but pleasing to the pallette, lunch time-fun time sandwich shop. What I love about JM's is that it hasnt mattered which one Ive been to ...the food is consistantly delicious, the service nice, and clean store. Only thing this place needs is a second gender neutral restroom cause they have way too much business for people to be waiting in a long line in a small corner. There was a dirty black metal cup by the register holding a Sharpie. One of the sandwich makers grabbed the Sharpie from that cup, wrote on sandwich bags, and then went straight back to handling food Multiple times in front of my face without washing or changing gloves. That's unsanitary. The cashier (who wasn't wearing gloves) should be the one handling Sharpies, not the person making food. I explained this calmly and asked that he not make my sandwich, which was respected. Going forward, staff handling food should only touch food -- not Sharpies from dirty cups. This is a basic food safety issue and something that should be addressed. read more

Order a sandwich online and I asked for no tomatoes and after I opened the "sealed " bag I see three tomatoes slices wtf? My first time at Jersey mikes! Ordered the turkey provolone with sun chips. It was such a nice surprise to be welcomed in by the staff when we arrived and asked if we needed help with the menu. Sandwiches were freshly sliced or grilled after you ordered. We both for the rosemary parm bread- highly recommend. The basin was crispy and added a nice crunch to the sandwich. We both got the spices and the juice. There's also a cookie for the rookie deal- we both got free cookies for being first timers! Yikes, what's been happening with this Jersey Mike's location? Had two bad trips over the course of the last month or so. 1st miss was finding small, inedible bone fragments throughout my giant cheesesteak Philly sandwich. The crew was cool about it and remade another sandwich without steak. They claimed it was probably a bad batch of meat (?!) 2nd miss was very recently. Tried 1 of my go-to's the Chicken Philly. It was mostly a bread sandwich with very little meat. I don't know, I hope this store isn't representative of the direction of the rest of the chain. read more

8/20/23- I have to give this place a 5-Star Rating!!! I was greeted and asked by two of the young men if they could answer any questions that I may have. Ordering is simple, they use a number system. I ordered a regular Turkey & provolone cheese on white bread, with: mayo, honey mustard, lettuce, tomato & jalapeño. I asked how much the bacon was & the cashier said $1.95. My sandwich wad good!!! It was everything I wanted it to be and more!!! It was the second time that I have eaten at this establishment. They sure had plenty business despite a restaurant, coffee shop and pizzeria in the same strip mall as them. Then their were other drive-thru's and restaurants outside. Stopped here on our way up to Tahoe. I ordered a giant 13 on gluten free bread. I have a serious allergy to gluten so it's always a little risky when I go out to eat and usually end up taking medication in the evening. This Jersey mikes was so nice! When I ordered gluten free bread, they wiped down all the surfaces and meat slicer and everything. Such a kind gesture. I didn't ask or anything - just seemed like their routine. To be really honest I really like this place, It's the closest to where I live but, they have days few sandwiches could be back to back really bussin but sum just nonsense when it's close to closing time. The food at this location has always been consistently good for me, but my only issue that I've had here is with the service. A few times I've ordered ahead online for an ASAP (within 15 mins) pick up time, but each time, my order still wasn't ready when I arrived and had to wait 5-10 more mins. No big deal, so I plan accordingly and still order ahead for an ASAP pick up time, but don't go to pick up my order for about 20-25 mins instead. My order still wasn't ready and I still had to wait another 10 mins for it. I've worked in the food industry and I get it, it gets super busy, but for it to happen on multiple occasions can be irritating and would discourage me from wanting to return. On my most recent visit last week, I walked in to pick up my online order, stood at the pick up area, and did not receive any greeting/acknowledgment whatsoever from the two employees there working. Another customer then walks in to place an order, and one of the workers promptly acknowledges this customer and begins to take their order, meanwhile I'm still standing there waiting to be acknowledged...??? Once the customer was finished placing their order, someone finally talks to me and asks if I'm picking up an order....... Told him my name, and of course my order wasn't even started yet, so he quickly makes my order. No apology at all or anything for the wait or essentially forgetting about my order. To the owner, if you're reading this, please talk to the staff here about putting some sort of priority for online orders so we don't have to wait an additional 10 mins when picking up. And it would be nice if the customers were acknowledged when picking up their online orders, so we're not just awkwardly standing there for a long time waiting for an employee to check on our order. read more
