Hit or miss. Depending on who it is. Ordered the Santa Fe wrap. Called and informed them of the modifications since it couldn't revise on door dash. Didn't get all of the ingredients. About a month or so ago ordered the triple dip ($20 sandwich) the au Jus taste like water which means the hot roast beef tasted like water which totally threw off the consistency of the sandwich and cancelled out the flavor of the pastrami and turkey. I literally have 13 years experience of Togos employment with 9 of them GM experience so maybe my standard is a little too high but last 2 visits have been disappointing to say the least read more

Pretty decent spot to pick up a sandwich or a salad. Which is what I had from here. Here, it's almost as if you turned your sandwich into your salad. You can either get a half sized portion or a full size. Half is pretty decent is size. Plenty of associates working the counter. Did have indoor dining and seemed to be pretty clean from what I could see. An associate did welcome me in. Stopped in here last Sunday, quick stop off the freeway. The roast beef dip sandwich was nothing like it was promoted on TV. I could tell the sandwich was microwaved with the bread. I know Togos Corporate does not allow this as I eat those all the time Also, there was about 1/3 of the movie that was supposed to be on the sandwich. If the owner is reading this, you should come play with Tilda rules and put the right amount of product on a sandwich. I will continue to eat tacos, but I will not continue to go to this Togos. This togos shop saved me on a road trip this weekend! I haven't eaten at Togo's in many years because I think chain sandwich shops are subpar compared to mom & pop shops and delis, so normally when I'm craving a sandwich I always go to one of those. However sometimes on the road the only convenient options are popular fast food chains. This was the case when we stopped in Fairfield on Sunday to charge the car near a Denny's and in n out. My stomach can't handle the grease of places like in n out, and I'm also gluten intolerant, so I thought I was SOL and would have to eat a granola bar. I saw there was a togos in the shopping center but I figured there was no way a place like that would have GF bread. Maybe I could get some kind of lettuce wrap though. But lo and behold, they now offer a gluten free wrap!!! I ordered my 6 inch wrap sandwich on their app for about $14. Seems very pricey, I pay the same at the mom & pop shops I normally go to. But what food isn't super expensive in California these days? So I can't blame them. I ordered on the website, not sure if that affected the price. When I walked over to pick up my sandwich, there was a sign on the door saying they were closing early for Diwali and my heart sank for a second, before I realized it was still 2 hours until the closing time. Phew! The worker was just finishing up my wrap when I arrived. Perfect timing. This was the best sandwich I've ever had from a chain shop. The ingredients were chopped which I wasn't expecting, but that was actually great and prevented the super annoying problem of ingredients not being properly dispersed in a sandwich and all piled high in the middle and none at the ends. The ingredients in this wrap were really nicely dispersed. The only thing that sucked was the bacon which was super dry and overdone. I wish they would've just left that out and said they were out of bacon. But oh well, I was just so happy to be able to eat something that was otherwise quite tasty and didn't make me feel gross afterwards. She was standing there not doing anything, and she said she can't take my order because the tablets are 'Apart of the renovation'. This location came under new ownership within the last couple years, I believe. Because all of a sudden, the sandwiches are mostly bread. Love this place for a quick and easy meal for our dance team. We had to get food for the team during the weekend and we only have limited time for lunch break. Husband and I just finished a to go order of two regular size cold sandwiches. Last time when we ordered from here we were shocked at how little meat etc was on our sandwiches compared to the past. This time was even worse. I would say the bread to meat ratio was about 90/10. I pulled my sandwich apart and there were three thin slices of meat. My husband's order was a two meat but only had a tiny bit more than mine did. The bread seemed even thicker than before and tasted stale. Very disappointing. May go back and try a hot pastrami sandwich again to see if it's still stuffed with pastrami or not. $9 for a sandwich that has almost no filling is excessive. read more

Delivery fee almost half of what a sandwich costs. Are you kidding? I guess my delivery orders will be going elsewhere. Basically someplace that wants my business. Bye bye Togo's. Pastrami sandwich was okay. Service was okay. What was NOT OKAY was adding a 25% ($3.00) tip to the $12.25 sandwich! Three times I checked the box "No Tip", and yet it was charged to my credit card. I didn't realize it until I was home and was able to read the paper receipt. BTW, I had to ask for the receipt. Due to a recent new California law, I understand that large chain fast food companies now have to pay their help a minimum of $20.00 an hour. First time ever in a TOGO's! Had to come try the pretzelrami sandwich. In all honesty the sand which was just ok, I think some of their other sandwiches looked tastier. Obviously the sandwiches never look like what they do in tv. Anyways, I came in on a Sunday at 11am, when they first open and they already had three costumers. The place was very clean and the staff were friendly and patient with me with my questions because it was my first time. On 10/31/21, my family ordered three sandwiches. When we got them home, we found ALL THREE were made incorrectly. One was on the wrong bread. Another included tomatoes and the third included pepperoncini. Checked the receipt and all three were spelled out correctly, so I guess it's a reading/comprehension problem. I went to Togo's website and left them a message about the problem. The email reply was "we're sorry" but nothing was offered in the way of credit toward our purchase. I tried calling the store twice, and both times no one picked up and it went to voicemail. So I don't know how anyone could make a phone order since they don't answer. This is not the first time we've gotten incorrect orders from this store. But it will be the last. I recommend if you want Togo's go to Vacaville. It's a longer drive, but at least the food is made to specification. read more

Togo's is now my new favorite sub shop. I went in there today and everyone was so friendly, and the shop so clean. One guy that was making my sandwich even asked me how my day was! I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich, toasted. The chicken was juicy and unlike other franchise sandwich shops, this one you can actually taste the texture of the chicken. One of the best sandwiches I've had in awhile, I really like is there soda machine with hundreds of flavor combinations. But most importantly unlike Subway Togo's has done a great job of not cross contaminating the meat utensils such as knives and whatnot. I can't eat pork or anything that comes in contact with it, the employees bent over backwards to make sure I was taken care of, and in turn I tip well.
