The onions completely ruined the sandwiches, and we ended up throwing both of them away after only a few bites. While I appreciated the kindness of the employee who took our sandwich order, the slow service, unfriendly interaction at the coffee counter, and disappointing food left us with an overall mediocre experience. What a weird experience. I'm always interested in the colorful characters these tiny little towns and their stores. The pizza? Some of the best I've found south of Holland. The sauce had a hint of sweetness, and the crust had a couple of semi burnt bubbles that added to the delicious crunch of the crust.
