Last I went there earlier this week, there were a lot of flying bugs. Rather than simply closing down for the day to take care of it they seemingly stayed open and left vinegar cups out. Was very off putting seeing bugs flying so close to the food. Also the worker took the gloves out and basically touched every surface of them with their hands before putting them on, which sort of defeats the purpose. We order from this location quite often. It's close and the staff are efficient and nice. The food is of good quality and filling. My favorite is a spicy Italian with everything but onion and jalapeño. My wife's sandwich is simply tuna fish and nothing else! Ha. But I like my sandwich toasted and it is never hot when I eat it. Today I figured out why. When I arrived the young man was finishing up my wife's sandwich. And this is why my sandwich is always cold! I wish they would make my sandwich last! And this should be a training lesson! Always make the sandwich that is toasted last! One final important message. Management should be notified immediately that there is exposed rebar in front of your store! A less than satisfactory experience. We ordered 2 footlongs on flatbread to pick up on our way to our granddaughter's ball game. 'They'll be ready in 5 minutes' turned into waiting for one to be made after our arrival 10 minutes later. The meat layer was skimpy...including the double meats. Subway will always be in my good graces so to speak. only once I think I've been to a bad store. I've been to all kinds of sub shops, but no-one can beat Subway. I always feel so refreshed after having a sub from Subway. All other sub shops leave me feeling just bloated and icky. haha I always get my favorite and pretty basic but a classic turkey sub, toasted of course. Today was very disappointing and my last trip to this particular Subway! We ordered online, which worked fine. When I picked up I had to pick different chips because the flavor wasn't available, also not a big deal. The problem arose when we got home and looked at the sandwiches. I had put a note in the special instructions section..."Please toast both sandwiches"... you guessed it, neither of them were toasted and the note appears on the top of the receipt then under each sandwich the opposite, "not toasted". Ok, still things happen. I also ordered and paid for "deluxe and bacon" on one sandwich and NEITHER happened. I would seriously let many things go, we are human, errors happen. However, this list was pretty long making my meal disappointing so I very calmly called the store to report the issues. The manager was very apathetic!! He claimed there was double meat and bacon and that I had requested not toasted...defensive from the start. Not, "I'm sorry you were unhappy...." he was very argumentative... so I politely said, "nevermind" and hung up. Arguing with your customer is not good for business!! I came here during lunch. They were fast and efficient which is just want I was looking for when grabbing a quick meal on my short break.

the restaurant was clean, The food was paired prepared quickly. And the staff was very nice. I ate in the restaurant, I noticed they had a consistent crowd of customers and when there was a line they move very quickly. The food is what you expect from subway. Nothing outstanding but definitely a good alternative to burgers and fries. read more

When you order a BLT and are asked if you want toppings and you say no. You still expect to get the bacon, the lettuce and the tomato. The "sandwich" was...bacon. Called the store to advise if the problem with the order. Did not offer to correct the problem or anything. Will not return. Nice staff, clean store. Unfortunately they had the smallest veggie selection I've ever seen! They were very skimpy on the veggies.
