The most unfortunate part of the visit was that our waitress, Marilyn, appeared completely run ragged. Because of that, we didn't really receive attentive service -- though it was hard to tell whether she was overwhelmed or just not very friendly. Either way, it didn't add to the experience. The seating arrangements in the bar area is family style, if you're not keen on sitting elbow to elbow with complete strangers, this probably isn't the dining room option for you. All seating is outdoors and they do not have a public restroom. They do accept credit cards. Now that we have housekeeping items out of the way: let's talk ice cream. I ended up settling on one scoop of carrot cake and one scoop of Mackinac Island fudge. The Decour on the outside is charming. They have one of the historic buffaloes with the mural painted on it which is cool for Instagram photo opportunities. They also have a putt putt golf course!
