Today we dove into the line for the drive thru and it moved us quickly. The servers that took our orders were very polite and efficient. . Well, its been years since we went here !! Yesterday after a doctor app for Husband we went to Jefferson Point to eat dinner. I asked him if he wanted to try Chickfila again. He said "up to you" Sooo yes!! They were kinda crowded, but I went any way . Husband got 2 chicken Sandwiches, 6 piece Strip and large waffle Fry!!! yeah he ate every morsel !! AND half of my big chocolate milkshake !! He had his drink a root Beer. LEAVE my shake alone !! Lol I ordered 2 Spicy Chicken too! Sooo good !! Now wait, I bought 2 to take ONE home for lunch the next day! AND a cup of there chicken Noodle Soup , it was really good too! Will get one now every time I go . Husband really liked it too. I went through the drive‑thru on 2/23/26 at 11:00 AM. Since it was still early, the line was short and service seemed quick. However, after I drove away, I realized they never gave me the drink I ordered. When I got home and opened my sandwich, I was honestly shocked. The chicken was overcooked, and the filet was the thinnest, saddest-looking piece of chicken I've ever received from Chick-fil-A. I know the lunchtime rush can be crazy, but waiting in line for 35 minutes to 40 minutes for food is insane. The drive-through line is not moving at all and we've just been sitting here for the last 20 minutes. I can't attest to what the food taste like because unfortunately, there's no food to eat while waiting. Ordered the Spicy Chicken sandwich meal. The chicken sandwich was juicy, hot, and delicious. Waffle fries were, well, waffle fries. Nothing stood out. At least they were hot. We chose to go inside to order and eat, as the drive thru was CRAZY. The people working were very friendly. The inside kept clean. Food came out quicker than we thought it would. Lowering my score and I will no longer use this restaurant because they don't take care of their customers. I took my kids through the drive thru slightly over a month ago. We ordered 3 Spicy Chicken Combos. When I got the food home and removed the drinks from the carriers 2 of 3 drinks had the entire bottom of the cup fall out which created a giant mess in my home as well as 2 very disappointed children that did not get their lemon aids. I contacted Chick-Fil-A. I didn't ask for a full refund or a professional cleaning of my house that had sticky lemon aid all over it, instead I requested a refund for 2 drinks. This request must have been too much for Chick-Fil-A's bottom line because I got the following response: Hello Josh, I received your email regarding a visit to our store. First I want to apologize for the delay in getting back with you. I had some health issues which have caused me to be behind. Your statement in your email was that the bottom fell out of a drink and it spilled all over the car and your house. You requested a refund for your meal. I ordered for my brother and grandparents. I picked up in store and left. 2 of the 4 fries were missing and my brothers drink had a hole in it. I've been trying to email with management and wow it's awful. They blamed me for missing items. And refuse to refund the money. They're now saying I can't get a refund because I didn't specifically say I wanted my money back in the initial report. They put a free fry in my account which is pointless because who goes in and orders just fries? So I have to order more food. And I usually get a meal. In order to do the fries coupon, I can't do a meal. Oh and it's only good for a month. I've given up and submitted the refund for the fries to my credit card company. 2 years ago my grandma bought a gift card here to give to a grand kid and they charged her $10 for a holder thing which is kinda a jerk move to do to a 90 year old woman. The drive-thru was wrapped around the building so I thought I'd run in ... big mistake! 5 people handling the drive thru orders...no one working the front register. 3 people said they didn't know how to work the registers. 1 person in the dining room cleaning tables said it wasn't her job. ‍ The man in front of me wanted a chicken egg and cheese biscuit... the girl said she didn't know how to do that. She asked if he wanted sausage or bacon? He said no, I would have gone to McDonald's if I wanted sausage or bacon. So no one in the drive-thru ordered a chicken biscuit? They threw in a free breakfast item card, which I appreciated but honestly this experience was ridiculous. When I finally let management know about the several times I've had missing salad toppings and dressing from my order or even completely different toppings for the type salad ordered. They told me it's my responsibility to look through each order. Wow! If we all did this the lines will be more outrageous!! "I received your email regarding a recent visit. If I could give negative stars, I would. I do NOT understand the love for this place. I have never once eaten here myself. Unfortunately, I have to go here for company purposes, but every experience has been a terrible one. The drive thru is wrapped around the building TWICE at peak times. I went today at 1:30pm thinking I'd be safe. Nope. Took 20 minutes to get through the drive thru (despite thinking ordering online would expedite the process.) I get to the window, and all of a suddent they're setting up with workers on the OUTSIDE of the drive thru window. I am sure in their minds this is somehow smart and effecient. It was not. I get up to the window... chick on the outside says, "You're here for So-and-So's order." Me: "Yes." Outside worker to inside worker, "is this So-and-So's order.?" Inside worker: "No, this is for Mark." (Note: I was NOT picking up Mark's order.) I know what you're thinking... So stop being lazy and go inside if you don't like the drive thru. I HAVE!!!! I have had the same experiences inside as I have in the drive thru. I will never EVER give this establishment my money and will do everything in my power going forward to not have to go here on behalf of the company I work for either. Had the most ridiculous experience today January 31 2024 at 7:55 am. I pulled up to the speaker and I was the only one in line and after a minute, I went hello? No response. This went on for about 2 or 3 minutes. Finally another vehicle pulled into the lane next to me and they were immediately helped. I said hello a couple more times, but no response. So I thought maybe something was wrong with the speaker, so I backed all the way up, which is quite dangerous and went to the other speaker. I was able to order my food. When I got to the window I mentioned that I couldn't get a response from the other speaker but the woman at the window, ignored what I was saying. Long story short, she had been ignoring me all along it became clear, she had been ignoring me on purpose. We ordered three sandwiches, two fries and three drinks for carry out. We were literally the only people in the entire place getting carry out. We sat down to wait for our food and after six minutes I decided to start counting cars going through the drive-through. I counted 18 cars get their food before we did. I counted 12 employees, three of which were actually doing something. Most of them were literally just standing around doing nothing. I have never taken the time to review fast food...b/c well, it is what it is...you typically know what to expect and nothing worth writing about (except possibly the extra greese coming back up your throat), but I have to say....I am a believer in the Chick-Fil-A. Every time I see one of their "Eat More Chikin" ads, I now want to go out and do that! It was fresh and well prepared and coocked right. I have never heard of a wrong order at this location or any that have been written about in the other reviews unfortunately for my car this location is more than a few miles from my farm. Unfortunatly my new addiction imight be their chicken nuggets, and my favorite sandwich is the Deluxe. I also like their sweet tea. I bought an entire gallon before leaving, so now, every time I drink a glass....I think of them In any case, my only true disappointment is the fries...they where written up in the busness section of the newpaper. (They beat out Mc Donalds)? But they still get a five star for amazing service, politeness and overall service, and everything was hot, and FAST. Somehow even during a lunch rush with 20 cars in line, I never saw anyone wait more than 5-7 minutes. That is great to someone who wishes high speed internet would move faster! Tried their breakfast for the first time today and it was just as great as their regular menu. This is an extremely busy location, but don't let it discourage you from stoping, they are very efficient at moving customers through. Since the drive-through was wrapped around the entire building, I decided to go inside and eat. My food arrived relatively quickly and hot, however the inside of the restaurant was beyond filthy. My table was dirty, even though it was supposed to be clean. There was trash all over the floor which included food, ketchup packages, straws, and just plain filth. Someone tried to come around and clean it up, of course while you're trying to eat, their cleaning abilities were lackluster at best. Evidently they've never seen the hit TV series Hazel. I will leave a good review for the food and the fast service inside, but if the inside of the restaurant has any reflection on what the kitchen looks like, buyer beware read more

Out travelling in Fort Wayne for errand-running, my husband Bill and I stopped by this Chick-Fil-A for a quick breakfast. At around 7:30 am, we were practically the only ones there. I ordered the Chicken egg and cheese bagel with a vanilla iced coffee, while Bill ordered the signature Chicken biscuit. We also each got an order of hashbrowns. With our breakfast obtained, we zoomed over to the nearby Target to enjoy our morning grub before heading inside to do some much needed shopping. I had never had chicken on a bagel sandwich before, let alone with egg and cheese, but it was a pleasant combination. However, my enjoyment of the sandwich was corrupted by the presence of multi-grain bagel. The grainy, seed-infested texture made it seem less like a bagel and more like patties made of horsemeal and birdseed. And upon further inspection, they had been toasted to the point of being burnt as well!! Please let it be known that the drink sizing on the iced coffees seemed like they were made for garden gnomes (their largest being only 20 oz) but the flavor itself was robust and sweetly refreshing. Bill thoroughly enjoyed his Chicken biscuit, "excellent" being his exact words. The hashbrowns were rather miniature, but made up for their size in crispy exteriors and warm potato interiors. I must say that the service was swift and accommodating, our orders were completed accurately, and the servers themselves maintained a positive and professional demeanor. They forgot a waffle fry when we got our food so we had to go up and ask, but later we asked for a refill on lemonade and received it no problem. I'd give the place five stars just for the waffle fries and the fact that they serve Diet Coke, but to be honest, this location also has great customer service and a friendly manager. Plus, they let the kids from Bishop Luers (the alma mater for two of my nephews) fundraise - they gave us a little slip of paper that we provided to the cashier with our order, and 20% of our total was earmarked for donation to the school. Having worked at this location I can say that it is cleaner in the kitchen where the food is prepared than the dining areas of most restaurants. The food is always prepared fresh and the lemonade is hand squeezed. These guys know how to do it like its done in the South and that includes the hospitality. While I have only been there a few times, the food is on par with the chain's reputation for quality. The main difference is the inventive managing staff the location has. A year back, or so, they had an offer where if you brought in campaign signs left around after the elections, they would give you a free sandwich.
