Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich with fries #YUMMY
    Nikki P.

Got the Philly cheesesteak combo with a lemonade. Lemonade was different and hella sweet. The cheesesteak was greasy and tasty AF! The fries are bomb too. I'd come back if I had the munchies or wanted comfort food just because. It's a decent size portion of food but if you're pretty hungry, then maybe order 2 sandwiches.

Super Philly and fries...normal people who are hungry probably have to order two of these to be filled.

Got the super sized Philly steak and it was very good...it came with a couple of dipping sauces...one was hotter than the other...I put the hotter one on my steak and the other I used for fry dipping...The girl was friendly and provided good service....The problem I have with this place is the servings are tiny..I got the super size Philly and fries...I couldn't believe how small it was...After I ate it I was still hungry....I actually called to order another but by then the grill was turned off so I left still hungry...Never before have I eaten a steak hoagie and been hungry after. I would have to order two super Philly and fries just for myself to be full...That would be about $20...This super size Philly is about equal to a normal half sub...If the portion size was normal size I would give them 5 stars.

The Super Philly cheesesteak, fries, and drink combo for $8.99 is a great deal and well worth the drive for the amount of food. Includes all the usual peppers onions and mushrooms toppings for that price, and their famous lemonade. Lemonade is like a shaved ice with your choice of flavored mixer. Only complaint was that the cheesesteak was dripping oil and was seasoned too heavily with their tasty special blend, and you have to ask for everything from the counter (straws, napkins, ketchup, utensils) and they don't have condiment bottles. Will go back to try the fried fish, wings, and chicken.

Big Eyed Fish on Wells Street - when you have a craving for Fish & Stroh style fish and tarter…read moresauce Yes, I know that I could go to Stroh to get this old time flavor. However, Big Eyed Fish is pretty good fish in its own right, local...and flavored like the taste I remember from the past. We visited the Big Eyed Fish location on Well's street. They have an express shop located on Huegenard Road and another dine in location at Leo Crossing. This location has been in service since 2003. It has a nice diner feel with super friendly service. You can find parking on the street or in the lot behind the store. The inside is rather large and works well for parties up to about 8 diners. There is a small bar and TV's if that is your thing. They also have a big and varied menu including breakfast items. Here is a run down of the food items: -Fried Fish: the white fish fillet is thin and fried with a thin breading. The fish is moist and tender. It will flake apart with a fork or by hand. The breading has a slight amount of seasoning and isn't very oily to taste. It has a taste similar to the Fish & Stroh style if you are familiar with that. The fillets are not very filling. For an extra $3...I went with the all you can eat option. Delicious fish! -Tarter Sauce: I love tarter sauce. In fact I might order fish to go with my tarter sauce - lol. This mayo based sauce is reasonably thick, somewhat sweet and has a hint of pickle flavoring. It's creamy and makes a perfect complement to the fried fish flavor. -Baked Beans: this side really surprised me. The bean is small and contained hamburger pieces. The sauce had a slight BBQ flavor but not enough to classify it as a BBQ baked bean dish. The meat flavor was a nice add to the smooth tomato spiced sauce. Delicious!! -Cole Slaw: I kind of use KFC as the standard for Cole Slaw. This is very similar. The slaw pieces are cut very small with only one kind of slaw. Seemingly no additives - just slaw. The sauce is mayo based, a bit more sweet along with a hint of vinegar. I loved this side too! -Hush Puppies: these balls are pretty small in diameter. The inside is very modista and sweet with that southern style corn bread taste. The outside is thicker, a bit oily to taste and has a mild corn bread taste/texture. These are probably some of the best hush puppies I've had in my southern raised life.

Soft insides and very yummy I def recommend coming here. Great staff and food. I will be back sooner than later.

The salad was great, however, the three grilled pork loins were only about 3-4" in diameter and about 3/8" thick. They were charred, over cooked and mostly inedible, similar to jerky. My wife ordered a margarita which was mostly tequila. Couldn't even drink it.

The Clyde Room at The Clyde (Bluffton Road) - is it a flatbread, pizza or really flatbread?…read more The menu says it's a flatbread. They have six of them on the menu (see menu). If you come in on Tuesday's you can get anyone one of these selections for just $12. However, the delicious tasting flatbread looks like a pizza and tastes as delicious as a pizza (see pictures)! So...you decide... Grok says there isn't a distinct line between a pizza and a flatbread. Flatbreads tend to be more of a modern marketing thing. Here are the core practical differences: -Flatbread: made of an unleavened yeast; dense, thin, flat; bread baked without toppings, toppings added later; rectangle or oval in shape -Pizza: yeast based dough; lighter, puffier edge, chewier; dough and toppings baked at the same time as the bread thus depressing the center; typically round in shape Regardless of whether The Clyde's offering is really a flatbread or a pizza...it was delicious! The Godfather choice is very salty. That comes from the mix of meats, banana peppers and green olives. The marinara sauce is a little spicy but not applied thick enough to bring that taste forward. The crust is a bit thicker than on the thin side...and more crispy. The garlic aioli sauce adds another moist flavor to tone down the salty taste - a little. The chicken bacon ranch flatbread tasted more like a traditional pizza offering. The crust was a little thicker than just a thin crust. It had a bit of crisp. The chicken was nicely grilled, tender and flavorful. The bacon, red pepper and ranch sauces blend nicely such that none of the individual flavors pop out at you. Outside the flat bread versus pizza issue...our service was very good. We had a trainee and trainer. They worked well to serve us well! The facility is large and can accommodate large groups well. It is decorated nicely and well arranged to enjoy a stage show.

Told the lady that I do NOT need a new portion as I was just disappointed with it all and ready to leave. Then, after I asked to cash out and had my credit card by the bill, she brought me a new soup. I told her "I'm not trying to be rude but I told you I didn't need another serving."
