The staff opened the window and yelled at the young men and the next thing we knew the guy had a weapon out. The staff slammed the drive thru window and left us in the middle of it all. The police responded quickly. Staff did no de-escalate the situation and actually made it more horrifying that they were yelling obscenities out of the window right in front of customers. We made eye contact, and I mouthed to her, "Yeah, I drank out of that." ​Instead of apologizing, addressing the situation, or simply removing the drink from the tab, she avoided our table entirely. When the bill arrived, the wine was still fully charged. ​When I went to the bar to calmly explain the situation to another employee, I was met with total indifference.
