Only came to Chick-fil-A cause I had some coupons I needed to use. Ordered chicken strips, fries and a chocolate shake. First time trying the chicken strips and I have to say they were some of the best I've had from a fast food place. They were actually real chicken, very juicy and were delicious!! Would 100% order them again. Nothing to say about the fries. They were ok. The shake tho......HUGE NO!!! It was free because of the coupon I had and I'm glad it was. I ordered chocolate and this thing DID NOT taste like chocolate AT ALL. It tasted like the mix they use with a TINY HINT of chocolate. That's why I took off one star. The rest was great. Very nice people working there. Lots of school kids and the line was a bit long but I didn't even wait for five minutes before I got my order. Great service. I Always enjoy a visit to chick-fil-a. Their service is outstanding and quick. No matter how busy they are they can get you in and out with a smile. On this day I tried the chicken tender for the first time and had a combo with the waffle fries and drink. Then I upgraded to a small vanilla shake, which I heard their shakes are phenomenal. The shake was absolutely delicious! Yum! And as usual my food was hot and fresh and delivered to my table for a dine in experience that was worth of 5 stars. This visit was at the belleville location across from SWIC, and the service was just as good as what I have experienced at Fairview Heights IL location and Bridgeton mo, a relatively new location that opened this year. Let's start with I'm not a huge Chick-fil-A fan. Everytime we went to the mall my hubby would get this food and I would 10/10 times choose something else. So, I have tried this new Chick-fil-A twice, both drive thru times. The first experience, I messed up my order, but corrected it at the window, somehow i managed to order a bacon,egg,cheese biscuit (who comes to this place and doesn't get chicken?) my messup so i proceed to apologize and correct it to a chicken cheese and egg biscuit. She adjusts my total. We also ordered just a chicken breakfast biscuit. I was the only car in the drive thru it took another five minutes to get my order...then we get halfway home to find no chicken biscuit, just two bacon,egg, and chicken biscuits...so not what we ordered! We still ate them though, they were yummy. The second time through drive thru again i tried a chocolate shake...worst shake at a fast food place. I will not get one there again, it was gritty. The place itself is really nice and the staff are new and confused, im sure after a few months it will be better :) I will choose chick-fil-a out of the other options, not a huge fast food fan but i do have to say there chicken is fantastic! read more

I love this location Greenmount but Lately I have been having issues with receiving my avocado salad dressing with my salad. Today marks the 3rd time they have forgotten to put it in the bag. The last 2 times I had gotten home and was very upset because I love their salad but only with this particular dressing. So, I called in to just tell them what happened and said they should Be careful that it doesn't happen again because is a $8 salad and we select the dressing because it's what we like and it's upsetting. I do understand it happens. Today it happened again (the 3rd time) and I went back to the store got the 2 dressings for 2 salads, the employee apologized. I appreciate the apology but I really need this not to happen again. We are a big family, 7 of us and we spend a lots of $ here. I now check the bag before driving back to Scott AFB. It was just Ok. I've been to this location many times but the chicken just isn't as good as it used to be. I'm a big fan of their chicken strips & breakfast sandwiches but the strips just aren't as crispy as before and even on my second attempt today to get some hot crispy chicken, the great taste they're known for was lacking. I might have to try Kentucky Fried Chicken again or drive over Southern in St Louis for some spectacular fried chicken.
