We were seated at 10:29, planning to order breakfast for our kids. Our server didn't come to the table until about 10:34 and then told us breakfast had stopped being served at 10:30. I understand restaurants have cutoff times, but we were seated before 10:30 and had no opportunity to place our order before then. Rather than offering any flexibility or apologizing, she spoke to us in a condescending way, saying that if we wanted breakfast, we needed to be there before 10:30. It wasn't the breakfast cutoff that bothered us--it was the way we were treated. Customer service makes a big difference, and we left feeling like we were an inconvenience instead of paying customers. The restaurant is obviously popular, so the food may be great.
