Great sandwich shop, I always Order the Turkey/Provolone Mayo & red pepper flakes and hubs orders the Original Italian Mikes Way no tomatoes. Excellent sandwich every time. Was in this week and a lady was chewing them out because someone who didn't order toasted bread received their food before she did. What a jerk. As for the service, I was beyond impressed and especially with Mr. Hardtime, one of the workers who was so kind and gave us a coupon for our next visit. My buddies and I came in around 8 o clock and these guys were awesome. Floor was super clean and there was only 3 working at the time. We got a couple giants and the crew was fast and hard working. I've been here four times in the past two weeks trying to get a sandwich. I get off work at 2030hrs and get there between 2040 and 2055. They say "we're closed" every time. I would give it a 0 star. How do you run out of BREAD‍ This is the worst location. 3 times 3 bad services. Don't go here. You have a hour 15 minutes till you close and ya stop making sandwiches. Had a Philly cheese steak that was as tasty as I've ever had! Wife's Italian was hard to bear too.

I ordered ahead using the Jersey Mikes app. Received an email indicating pickup time of 1:45 pm. Arrived at that time and order wasn't ready so happily waited. At 1:10 I decided to ask for a status on the order and the employee told me our sandwiches were next. Sat down to wait. After 15 more minutes had passed, and 30-40 other sandwiches were made and walked out the door, I decided to inquire about my order again. As I did so, an incredibly rude and overbearing Jersey Mikes employee just walked over and told me he canceled my order and told me to get out of the building. I told him I still wanted my sandwiches and he said, "No, you're order is now canceled, leave the store." I was incredibly confused, left the store without lunch for my family and an hour less of my life available to live. Literally worst restaurant experience I have ever had!!! read more

I read several not great reviews on this place. We decided to try it anyway because I have heard good things about Jersey Mike's. So glad we did. It was GREAT! Everything I want in a sandwich. Great bread, meats, cheeses, vegetables and sauces. I wish we had one in Northwest Arkansas. My husband said he likes Jimmy John's better. I do love Jimmy John's, also. I would say I love them equally. There were teenagers on shift while we were there, but our service was good and quick. read more
